A lovely place in a lovely location. We stayed here to attend a wedding nearby and it was a perfect location, made by the wonderful weather we had whilst away - the outside furniture was a massive hit. A lovely little friendly pub down the road that we visited on the first night for tea. Would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was extremely well-maintained and spotless, with a stylish decor that gave it a warm and welcoming feel. The amenities were just what I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything worked perfectly. Although the location was a bit far from the main activities, it was peaceful and quiet—great for relaxing. The host was friendly, very responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a lovely experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated place to stay.

Faydene was very communicative and helpful with clear instructions and we found the place easily. She saved the parking spot for us which was very helpful. The house was clean and tidy with everything as expected but if you forget to pack your toothbrush, she's got you covered! We had a very relaxing stay and the area was perfect for access to the NEC. (10minute drive). We took a bus to Solihull (about 8-10minutes) and had a look round the shops on our arrival date. The town had plenty to offer in terms of shops and restaurants. The main purpose of our visit was to attend the food and drink show at the NEC on the Saturday and coming home to relax in Faydenes home from home was just perfect. We had great fun finding all the little jars and tins of sweet treats she left out or hidden in drawers and cupboards. So thoughtful, thank you Faydene.

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

We had a great weekend at Kate’s place, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful home where we immediately felt comfortable. The gardens are gorgeous and a morning cup of tea in the patio was a real delight. The location was perfect for our trip and having such a lovely place to come back to really added so much to our weekend. I am certain we’ll be back!

We stayed at James's property for a family celebration at the beginning of June. I was extremely pleased to find this wonderful property so close to family as we live several hours away. Before our stay, communication with James and his mum was fantastic. Both responded quickly to all questions and provided such clear instructions, the majority of my questions were answered before I had to ask. Upon arrival, we found a lovely house with the most amazing garden on a quiet street. The house was pristine, well maintained and filled with lots of little touches that made this property stand out - our favourites were the tea and coffee station and the "disco lights" as our son nicknamed them in the bathroom. It felt like a home away from home with an added touch of luxury. We would definitely look to stay in this property again for future family occasions. I have also recommended the property to other out of town family members.

Lovely little place, perfect to stay at for events at the NEC. Superbly clean, has everything you need for a night's stay. Victoria's communication was superb, messaged back quickly and left some nice little treats for arrival. Also handy to charge your EV too. Would definitely recommend and will likely be stay again in the future.

Lovely property perfect for what we needed and will definitely be returning

Such a gorgeous little space. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside for the couple of mornings of our stay. The kitchenette had a sink, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. Everything about it suggested quality and care. Would definitely stay again.

The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

Great flat in a lovely area. We were at an event in Kings Heath which is only a 5 minute taxi ride away. The flat is spacious with lots of light, great big comfy bed and everything you need in the kitchen. Definitely would stay here again

Stuart's apartments is close to the Hospital and Harborne high Street. The property was in great condition and I received very clear instructions for check in and check out. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay whilst visiting our son at Warwick University. Julie‘s place is great, very convenient and just as described. Julie is very helpful and the complimentary treats left in the fridge were very much appreciated by everyone. Many thanks and we hope to visit again.

Easy check-in, timely response, a homey feeling, worth recommending

Paul’s house is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a real home from home and a great place to stay. The parking at the back is a real bonus.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Fantastic location, just a short walking distance from the train station and many of the best restaurants in the city. The flat was very well kept and exactly like in the photos. The host was quick to reply and both checkin and checkout went smoothly.
