Cute, convenient and clean, with one SHARED WALL between the studio and main house. All amenities are self contained and noise is minimal. VERY convenient area Wifi & A/C Washer & Dryer TV, cable & Netflix We follow all cleaning protocol as specified by AirBnB. Our efficiency is for 1 or 2 guests ONLY. Preferably adults and kids ages 10 and above due to steep stairs. No breakfast included. After cleaning, We use Lysol to sanitize the air.
