Linda and Peter have not done justice to the images and description they provided on the site. This place is so much better than described. It is very clean, so welcoming and they are both great hosts. They are proactive in their communication and check on guests regularly. This place is both romantic and peaceful. They also have an assortment of games available (Scrabble, UNO) and a shelf of books. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved to stay here. Definitely coming back again to live great farm life, see wild life next to your bedroom and take strolls and little hikes just around your apartment to say hello to a giraffe :-) Staying here is really special. Great warm-hearted hosts who are offering a lot to their guests. Enjoyed evenings with bon fires before relaxing in the pool or jacuzzi. Clean rooms, good communication and a lot of tips what to do around (Pilanesberg Nature Reserve, Cradle of human mankind...). Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at this lovely farm was so delightful. It’s a well equipped house with a gorgeous view, swimming area, and an easily accessible walking trail. The hostess, Gael, was very proactive and friendly ensuring our time there was quite memorable.

Comfy, spacious farmhouse with beautiful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. Never met the hosts but helpful and accommodating. Great price for what we received my only complaint is that i didn’t have the time to stay longer, will definitely be back with a bigger group

Allan is a kind and gracious host. His place is gorgeous! Its clean, quaint and bang in the middle of nature. Loved the art, tons of gorgeous books and games. The pool is to die for. Its more breathtaking than the pics, esp in afternoons. The pool is elevated on a hill so you have a panoramic view of surrounding mountains on one side and the magalies bush on the other. The view from this pool was better than the one I experienced at a jacuzzi in a castle in Tuscany. Thanks again Allan. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We (dog included) enjoyed a wonderful stay on the farm. The description Sam gives on Air BnB is highly accurate. Perfect getaway from the city, enjoying the quiet and stillness of the farm. A nice walk along the farm roads was excellent. All the amenities were included, just bring some basics like Salt & Pepper, cooking oil etc. All in all a great stay, highly recommended!

Awesome, a truly unique "bush" experience with all the comforts of home, ... except television !! Which was awesome !! Lots for kids to do and explore. I loved the set-up of the cabin we stayed in "Vultures View". Really great .. all the bedrooms open onto the pool deck, as well as the massive kitchen doors which keeps everyone connected and relaxed. Go with comfort !!! Marty G.

Had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. What made it extra special were the morning walks with our dogs in the beautiful surroundings – plenty of trails and fresh air. The location is peaceful yet convenient, and the host was welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some quality time with their furry friends!

Even with the muddy roads from all the rain we were still able to drive through relatively easy. Lovely little spot that was perfect for our one night stay.

This was a lovely long weekend away with friends and our kids. The house is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the kitchen was loverly and we spent most of our time in it, had absolutely everything we needed (and are all people who like to cook), there are hikes you can take around the area. Was a bit cold to swim (early winter) but the pool was lovely. There are 2 fireplaces inside for chilly winter evenings. Friendly well-mannered dog who came to say hello. Comfortable bedrooms. We will most definitly be back!

Our stay was wonderful. Clint and Elsabe are by far the most welcoming hosts I have ever come across. Their hospitality is five star. We stayed in Elephant 🐘 room which has an amazing bathroom. We will surely return with the rest of our family

We had the most glorious weekend at at Owl House celebration a friend's upcoming nuptials. The house is magnificent. Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Pristine big kitchen. Multiple seating and dining areas and a pool. My daughters wanted to ride the horses. Trish came and took them out herself. The resident staff and professional, warm and hard hardworking. Nothing was too much to ask of them. A wonderful home for an extended family or friends get away! We will be back. Thank you Trish

Great place to stay if you love a beautiful garden and tranquility! a bit bad that you can't walk around at night given the presence of many security dogs.

This place is amazing. There is staff that come in every day to clean and they even packed out wood for us to use in the fireplaces! Such a nice place to go for a quick getaway an hour out of Johannesburg!

What a beautiful, relaxing place. Had everything you need and more. Amazing small touches like kids cutlery and crockery, extra towels, linen and even a hairdryer. Hosts were super accommodating, friendly, happy to show us around. We felt welcomed and had an amazing time. Thank you so very much for everything, we loved Mount Nebo!
