Our family had a terrific stay at Teresa’s place! The location is very convenient, and the house is spacious and thoughtfully & charmingly decorated. We had a small issue at check-in, but Teresa resolved it promptly and also compensated us, which was a very kind gesture. Would not hesitate to book again if we find ourselves in Richland in the future :)

This was our third stay in this home with 3 kids aged preschool and younger, this time 5 days. We love how close (walkable) the place is to the best park in town. It’s an older house with lots of character. But it’s a great value. Would recommend and would stay again if in town.

Great place to stay! It has everything you needed If you forget to bring something with you. It’s a good adorable house if you want to invite friends over with the plenty of space of us. Apartment 2A was great; super convenient, an easy walk to historic downtown which has beautiful neighborhoods and various restaurants, small town feel with a 20 minute drive to bigger cities. The apartment is cute and thoughtfully put together, having a full kitchen with all basic essentials was really helpful. The only two small downsides is the walls are very thin and the one night we had neighbors in the next apartment, you could hear everything, and two, the sofa bed is not the most comfortable thing in the world. I slept on the sofa bed and my dad slept in the main bedroom, which he said had a great bed :) Would definitely stay again!

Our host, Dee was so nice! She waited up for us to arrive on our first night to ensure that we got first class welcome and gave us a tour. Our unit was clean and tastefully accommodated. The views were amazing and we were sad that we were only really at the property to sleep and shower. I look forward to returning to this property!

Overall, I loved staying here! It was comfortable and in a very convenient location for me. I would say, sometimes the area did get pretty noisy around quiet hours, but it wasn’t anything horrible or unmanageable.
