Whatever time of year, a cosy retreat awaits you with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove, luxury bedding, cosy sheepskins, kingsize bed. We don’t allow pets or smoking .

The Barn@Graham House has been lovingly restored and converted into a unique self contained 1-bedroom holiday cottage where modern facilities combine with the property’s rural heritage. Easy access to several hiking trails.

Hill End Cottage is an 1840s traditional Yorkshire stone cottage tucked away on a hill side in the beautiful Swaledale area of the Yorkshire Dales. A cyclist's & walker's paradise. Also home to Our Yorkshire Farm TV Series, The Yorkshire Shepherdess, Amanda Owen. Our 4 bedroomed 2 bathroom cottage sleeps up to 8 people and is home from home with a luxury feel. The log burner creates a cosy feel in the living room while the well equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay.

The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

Based in beautiful Swaledale, Tree Tops is a unique property set in its own totally private little forest within a large secluded garden. You will actually feel like you are in the trees. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.
