We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.

My place is what I look for in an airport hotel. You'll get the whole condo to yourself when you book just the queen room. A bargain. Just 8 minutes from the the airport (without hearing the planes/we're not in the flight path), just off the interstate (without the noise from the interstate) and close to Downtown. 2 miles from the Salt Palace/Vivent Arena, LDS Temple and 3 min to the i-80, 215 and i-15 freeways.
