Holiday rentals with a patio in West Warwick

Jennifer's place was a great option for us in the chaos of finding a wedding spot in Memorial Day weekend. We flew with our little one for the first time and needed a place that would be able to accommodate us. The availability of a pack-and-play, a high chair, and other helpful baby items made our stay much easier and less stressful. We were comfortable, in a great area, and the communication was amazing.

The spot was right on the main strip in walking distance to stores and restaurants. There was great security through 2 coded keypads. The walk upstairs was not too bad and the space was nice and clean.

Sean’s place was perfect for our weekend visit. Admittedly we didn’t use the kitchen much but it was nice having a fridge and a place to fulfill our caffeine needs in the morning. The beds were fine - a full size bed is a little tight for 2 adults our size but our daughter found their bed worked well. Loved the location and the neighborhood. Had an excellent slice of pizza a few blocks away!

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. Mehdi is a great host as he helped make my weekend very enjoyable. I was in town to propose to my gf (she said yes!) and he was so responsive and went above and beyond to assist with our needs. Highly recommend this place as what you’re saying in the pics is truly what you are getting. We plan on being back in the future!!

Our 3 day stay at Mystic Manor counts as one of our best ever AirBnB experiences. The house is charming with a tasteful New England flavor, well-equipped and well-located. The hosts provide clear instructions for accessing & using the home's amenities, & respond very quickly to any questions or issues. We hardly used the furnished backyard, but can imagine its potential in nice weather. We were 4 adults, so 2 full bathrooms are useful. Two of us slept in the master bedroom, 1 in the 2nd bedroom, & 1 in the small room off the living room on the daybed, all very comfortably. Plenty of towels, linens, storage space, & everything is very clean. The dining room & living room were comfortable spaces for the 4 of us to hang out together after our active days. We didn't cook, but saw that the kitchen seemed to have whatever you could need. The house is in a quiet residential area, but only 5 minutes down the hill & you are on Main Street, with its shops & eateries. Thank you Kyle & Jen!

We had the best time the house is always amazing. We’ve stayed there before the yard is wonderful to play games with all your family. We just had the best best time anybody that rented this house would love it and have a great time as well. thank you, Jean Marie so much for sharing your fabulous home.

Tyler’s home was very lovely and clean. His home was comfortable and the perfect place for us to stay with our pup. Tyler was very responsive and communicated clear instructions for check in and check out. We would definitely stay at Tyler’s properties in the future.

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Heather’s place! The house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Heather was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. You can tell she really puts care into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay, the place was perfect and just what we were looking for…. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, plus loved the beautiful flooring. The location was good, parking was easy to find, plus many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is on a main road, which was somewhat noisy at night, especially when the street sweepers come by, but that’s the price for being conveniently located , and didn’t bother us. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

Charles & Sharolyn were great hosts and have set the apartment up nicely for a comfortable stay. Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Bristol. Hot tub on a cool spring evening was the cherry on top.

This was an excellent location for our trip. The place was clean and I appreciated having an iron and ample closet space w hangers. The rooms all have AC and we were very comfortable. The only con was it was a bit difficult to get in. The building entrance is shared with the restaurant and is actively used by the restaurant employees so it’s a bit awkward getting in and out during the day.
