The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

VictoriaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Absolutely wonderful stay at Treetops. From the moment you shut the gate you feel like the stresses of the outside world have disappeared! Everything has been thought of and more! We loved watching movies on the giant screen, playing darts on the deck and eating tapas whilst watching the cows in the field through the tree canopy. Lisa and Martin are on hand if you have a queries or need anything but you wouldn’t know anyone was nearby as the whole place is so secluded and private! We loved the outdoor shower, what a treat and enjoyed the hot tub even in the rain! If you are unsure of wondering if it’s worth the money, DON’T hesitate you will never regret it! A truly special place and you can see the effort in every detail!

Unique 18thC Yorks Dales Silk Weavers’ mill house.

BillRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Coming from the States, we were looking for a quintessential Yorkshire Dales experience: someplace peaceful and quiet with beautiful scenery. This place fit the bill perfectly. The house was very comfortable and we especially loved the shower, beds and comforters. It really is self catered so be sure to bring any cooking staples you will need. Beautiful artwork throughout the house, and some great magazines to read on rainy days. We did have an issue on the second to last day we were there - the power went out for no apparent reason. Luckily we were able to isolate the problem circuit and get things partially working again. Claire was very helpful and arranged for showers we could use in the cabins at the main property down the road. All in all, it was a lovely location and we would definitely stay there again.

Close to Tupgill Park, Forbidden Corner

Loved our stay (8 days). Very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. Really appreciated the welcome pack and the flowers. View from the living room and kitchen was just lovely, so green and peaceful. Location was great for exploring the Dales, and excellent walks are very handy. Tracy was very responsive to queries and provided a lot of information to help us explore the area. One of the best and would happily return.

Aysgarth Falls walking, biking, dog allowed, views

EllenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay at the house in Aysgarth. It's fab for a small group/family. Very clean, lovely host who checked in with us and who promptly replied, and conveniently located next to a pub. We loved that it had a garden with a view. Only note is that Google maps didnt recognise the address for me so might be an idea to enter the pub's location from next door.

Coachman's Loft, spacious, welcoming, dog friendly

LesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Super accomodation in a peaceful and beautiful area of Yorkshire. Carol & Steve are super hosts in every way. The barn has lovely features and is sympathetically furnished, making the most of this property. We felt at home immediately. The welcoming gifts were a lovely gesture and were very much appreciated and a great welcome to Yorkshiire. All you need and more is supplied. The facility of being able to sit in the garden and relax is a bonus. If you are a fan of walking, your adventures commence from your doorstep, with many walks nearby. If you want to walk other areas or visit other villages/towns this is a great base. Personnally, we would highly recommend it. So much so we are already talking of returning this year.

Traditional stone Cottage

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I wish we could have stayed here longer. Such a beautiful house and the surrounding area was gorgeous. Really peaceful, nice to see the racehorses in the morning riding past. Really cosy living room and great to have an updated tv to stream on. The only thing we missed was coffee for our morning brew but luckily the shop down the road is open early and it’s nice to explore on foot. We did have some nice treats waiting for us too! Great shower, good nights sleep, couldn’t really ask for anything more. Thanks Becky and Jonathan for having us!

Throstlenest Cottage, Sleeps 4.

Reed IngramRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay in this cosy cottage with myself, my wife, and our two children. The cottage was beautiful, set in a peaceful location with stunning views of Middleham Castle. Leyburn village nearby had everything we needed — from takeaways to a great supermarket offering fresh local produce. There’s also a play park with parking close by, which was great for the kids. The girls also made friends with some of the friendly farm animals, which was a lovely bonus. We’ll definitely be visiting again in the future!
