Het Huisje: bank, eettafel met 2 stoelen. Keuken met toebehoren. Badkamer: toilet,douche wastafel. 2 pers bed 160x210. Klimaatcontrol, smart TV, Wifi. Zelfvoorzienend dmv zonnepanelen. Terras: 2 lounge stoelen en een bistroset. Carpoort voor parkeren auto en fietsen. Wandel/fietsroutes en diverse horeca.

Een heerlijk boven! appartement midden in het centrum van De Rijp. Volendam, Amsterdam, Strand, Alkmaar en Zaanse schans allemaal binnen 20 a 30 minuten rijden. Dit uit 1652 daterende historische pand , is kort geleden volledig verbouwd waarbij de oude details bespaard zijn gebleven. De Rijp is een prachtig authentiek dorp. verbinding naar Amsterdam is goed. . Er zijn geen fietsen meer. Geen lift aanwezig. parkeren in het dorp gratis! Boot en terras horen er niet bij. Zelf woon ik beneden.

Een idiale plek om Noord-Holland te ontdekken. Vlakbij Amsterdam, Volendam, Hoorn, Purmerend en zelfs de stranden zijn 45 minuten rijden. Er is prima openbaar vervoer in het dorp. Eind April zijn er de bollenvelden, er zijn er veel in de Beemster, en natuurlijk midden in de prachtige Beemster. Ideaal voor wandel en fietstochten.

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!
