Lovely house very child friendly. A great location. Would use again as all enjoyed the week. Only criticism, it could do with a bucket and spade on site. We brought a cheap one and left it there.

Fantastic Last-Minute Find in Southbourne! Booked this Airbnb near the beach in Southbourne at the last minute and couldn’t be happier. The agent was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, cosy and just a short walk to the beach – perfect for a relaxing break. Highly recommend for anyone needing a spontaneous getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We found it very clean and modern. Great shower. The location was good as it is just a couple of minutes walk to the sea and good access to the New forest national park. Martin was very responsive and helpful and also provided some tea, coffee, and milk which we appreciated.

Can’t give a better response than “this was such a beautiful location that I didn’t want to leave it “ Although I live fairly local it’s definitely in my list to return at some point. Left feeling revitalised

Amazing location and very comfortable flat with everything you need. I didn’t know this area very well but this is definitely much nicer than being in the centre of Bournemouth. We had a lovely holiday

⸻ Absolutely gorgeous flat in Poole! Spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches throughout—everything had been considered. The bedding was lovely, and both the double bed and the large comfy sofa bed made for a great night’s sleep. Loved the little extras like milk sachets, coffee pods, and a coffee machine, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect—right next to the sea. Went to Rockfish for dinner, practically next door. Carly recommended Rick Stein Sandbanks which was wonderful. Luana was a fantastic host. Highly recommend this place!

Stunning flat with beautiful views! Really enjoyed our comfy beds. Parking was limited outside of the flat but easy to find around the corner. The only negative was the noise from the bar downstairs but it was quiet by 12am. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fantastic accommodation. Magical location with views of the lake from the back so great to sit out on a sunny evening with the wading birds going about their business and other wildlife. The facilities were great. Nice little shower room. Plenty of homely touches with the owners providing eggs from their own chickens. The three units are in a block with plenty of parking at the front but the small rear gardens are separate and very private. Wareham Town Centre is about a 20 minute walk away on a flat, very quiet lane with hardly any traffic as it ends at the farm. Alternatively you can walk along the River Frome to Wareham Quay which is 2.5 miles and takes about an hour or along the Poole Harbour trail to the north which is about 1.5 miles and takes 40 minutes. Plenty to do and see in Wareham with its Saxon Walls, priory, quayside and plenty of good pubs and eateries. A real find and gem of a place and we are already planning to revisit next year. Just perfect ! Beautifully appointed accommodation which is both a touch of luxury and homely. The location could not be better , in the centre of Christchurch which is a friendly pretty town with lots of restaurants and shops. Excellent public transport so you can take a break from driving ! Chris and Judy catered for our every need and more .The welcome treats are a lovely touch .They are very responsive and friendly but very discreet . This is our favourite UK holiday destination Chris and Judys' will now be our 'go to' accommodation .

This was the perfect get away. The house was lovely and had everything we needed . Parking was a short walk but no problem. We loved the views and the setting was gorgeous. I would not hesitate to recommend and I would certainly like to return. Thank you Corinne for a great holiday!

Just back from a wonderful 4 nights with my daughters and grandchildren. On 3 levels so plenty of room for everyone. Great location and lots to see and do. Great that the lovely clean beach is just across the road. Lots of fun memories made. Elaine is a lovely, communicative host. Thankyou Elaine from us all.

We had a lovely few days at Little Brook, what a great find, in a quiet residential area, we felt 'at home' after our first night. The annex was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Carl was an excellent host, great communication. We will definitely return. Thank you Carl for a great stay.

The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

A perfect relaxing base to visit a few places in the area, whilst also being able to walk out the back gate onto the coastal path. Lovely decor in the main living areas with gorgeously framed views out to sea. We stayed as a couple of families and the living area and games were perfect for the little ones whilst we enjoyed relaxing with the view. Everything we could need was available and excellent house information provided to help with the trip. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The home is beautiful, it’s a gorgeous setting and very tranquil, also close enough to walk to cafes and restaurants. The walk into sandbanks was about 30 minutes with our dogs and is a beautiful walk right along the harbour. The home has everything you need, it’s a home from home with all the amenities you need. The outdoor area is perfect for family and friends, it’s nice to sit out and watch the boats, great indoor and outdoor space. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were fabulous throughout, great communication and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Really good, clean, well equipped apartment. Very well located for access to the town and beyond, although obviously that does mean there is a bit of traffic noise but not too intrusive. Had we been travelling in peak summertime, personally we would have sought outdoor space but the apartment was described accurately and suited our needs perfectly. Host is very responsive, helpful and genuinely polite and welcoming.

Not stayed in Sandbanks before. It was beautiful. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. The showers did leak significantly and being on the first floor was a bit of a worry. A tea towel and dish cloth would have helped. Parking was good. I would definitely stay here again.

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the area greatly so were pleased to have an opportunity to return for a week. The apartment is ideally situated for the beautiful Dorset coastline, with Highcliffe beach only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is clean, cosy and very quiet with everything needed for a relaxed, comfortable stay, including a well-maintained private garden to sit in. We were lucky to have beautiful warm, sunny weather and visited many of the local places of interest – Highcliffe beach and castle, Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, Brownsea Island, to name a few – all excellent and well worth visiting and some within easy walking distance. There are great places to eat and drink in Highcliffe itself, with an even greater choice in surrounding towns and villages. John is an excellent host and communications were first rate at all stages of our holiday – we would highly recommend.

Julie was a fantastic host, she was very responsive and helpful. The flat was lovely, it was in a great central location and was well equipped, homely and pristine. There were thoughtful touches such as the welcome hamper and a useful parking permit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return again.

A lovely find in Swanage. Perfect location, close to everything in town and beach, has limited free parking but we managed to get a space for our stay. Very happy we chose to stay here. Would happily return.

Absolutely charming accommodation. Really spacious and well laid out. Felt like home away from home, could have stayed here for longer and will definitely look into coming back here. Lovely walk to the nearest pub for lunch, the mill is right on the river with Stunning views of the surrounding area. Nice garden area with views of the cows in the field. The hot water was extremely hot so be careful, but it was nice to always have plenty of hot water for washing and showering. Overall a lovely private place to stay.
