Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Westbourne

Our third visit to this well positioned and well kept property. When we first saw its position on an estate and as a terraced property we were worried about noise but we couldn't have been more wrong and found no disturbances apart from a little road noise at the back of the house. Very easy walk to several beaches and a convenient park close by to walk the dog on arrival and before leaving.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect in every way.

We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our stay, really spacious, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was great and the house was so close to the beach (less than 5 min walk). Aimee and Paul were really helpful and responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!

We had a great time at Dibbens Townhouse. So well located - just a couple of minutes from the quay, and surrounded by lovely restaurants. The house is really spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could need. There can be a bit of external noise - both from people on the high street, and from seagulls - so I used earplugs as others had mentioned on the first night to help me get to sleep. It was much quieter on the second night. Definitely want to come back - sadly the weather turned so we didn’t do what we were planning to on our last day, and due to a recent operation I wasn’t able to try out the amazing looking bath!! Would highly recommended a stay here. Thank you for having us.

Three of us and the dog stayed at David’s cottage and we had a wonderful time. The place was spotless when we entered, it was everything we needed. David was very communicative and helpful. We spent a lot of time in the garden as luckily the weather was in our favour and it was fenced in so the dog could run around with furniture for us to use. The cottage is in a perfect location, off of the main road so it was quiet and peaceful and just down the road from the sandbanks which we visited frequently. I highly recommend anyone interested in staying here I haven’t got a single fault! :)

We have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the bolt hole. The house and location were just perfect and exactly what we needed for our two young energetic boys and dog. We spent plenty of time in the stunning garden and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you so much Claire and Buster for making us feel so welcome and especially for allowing us to meet all of the animals. Freddie and Bertie will keep these memories for life and they are already missing playing with the dogs ( especially Fred ) and saying hello to Bernard every morning through the gate. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

Had an amazing stay for my daughter’s 2nd birthday can’t recommend it enough caravan was spotless and the site was amazing

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

We had an excellent week at this property. Lovely location, we enjoyed our walks down to the beach each day with our dog. Such a lovely buzz on the beach, very chilled. The open top bus from the site to Sandbanks and Poole was great. Our teenage daughter and her friend made use of this a couple of times to go shopping and explore a little on their own. We visited Corfe Castle, which was in a lovely place and parked on the Purbeck car park (rather than the actual Castle Car Park) which gave a lovely scenic walk through and passed over the Steam Railway. We visited Lulworth Cove and did the cliff top walk over to Durdle Door, which was an amazing site. Weymouth is beautiful, very sunny that day so perfect for a sea side resort. We took a look at the Beach Hut, in a great place, with a green area, Cafe and play park. Would work really well as a base for enjoying yourselves, especially if you have younger children. We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Stag cottage and fully enjoyed the huge garden during our stay. Communications with Cindy were excellent and she was really quick to respond and keen to ensure our stay was the best it could be. It was most definitely a lucky find and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. 😊🦌❤️

The Beach House in Southbourne provided us with everything that we needed for a perfect family holiday. The house has a spectacular view of the sea, with SOBO Beach access only metres away. The houses itself provides all of the amenities any family could want to have an enjoyable stay. Bathroom to bedroom ratio, safe suitable parking, a swimming pool,a hot tub with sea views, mini golf, a games room and chill out zone, and much more. The property is ideally situated near local shops,cafes pubs and restaurants. The Beach House is perfectly located for day trips to Swanage, Corfe Castle,Sandbanks,Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all of our enquiries. I really enjoyed my stay there, even my Pomeranian Freya loved it. The place was a really nice flat, was near a little garden for her to walk around, plus the forest and the beach. Had nice locals shops and places to eat. I don’t think I could even fault the place, would I stay there again. Most definitely! The bed was comfortable and the host was friendly and easy to message to if you needed anything. As we needed a hairdryer as it rained and Freya needed drying. Was a really nice getaway for the both of us. 💖

Excellent airy apartment with thoughtful furnishings and little touches. Access is via outside iron staircase which was a challenge for my 86 year old mother but lovely place close to beaches

McKinley Road is such a beautiful place with quiet, wide, tree-lined roads - you would never think that the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is exactly like the photos, it is done out to a high standard throughout. The underfloor heating throughout makes this a lovely warm apartment, especially this time of the year. The apartment has lots of mod cons as well as all of the daily living essentials that you would need. It is comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Great stay, within walking distance of the beach, really clean and everything we needed was available for the stay! Great communication and information on the day of check in. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return in the future :)

Lovely and quiet former stables with giant courtyard. Perfect for our small family plus well behaved dog. Within a short distance of beach. Fantastic welcome pack including Prosecco!

Amazing place to stay, Jaz & Josh were so helpful getting us in last minute due to another booking of ours being a disaster! The place is out the way of the main road, beautifully decorated, spacious and had everything you could think of needing while on a holiday. Thankyou so much again, would definitely book in the future!

Kateryna is a very good hostess. Very helpful and friendly. She even baked us a cake. The apartment was more than adequate and the kitchen was well stocked. highly recommended. Best regards T & V

Tracy’s place was in a lovely location, very close to the beach and close to local restaurants/cafes. Westbourne has a wonderful character where there are not loads of chain shops, it feels more independent. The accommodation was wonderfully clean and nicely decorated. Everything was as I expected. Tracy was a proactive host and made everything easy.
