A very vibrant and tech forward building. Well located at the edge of Downtown. Easy communication with a 24 hour reception desk in the lobby. Beautiful workout amenity, outdoor pool and a cafe off the lobby The Latch app is a must. Entering complicated codes in the elevator and doors is a pain. Flashing the app is simpler, faster and less exasperating. One of our better AirB&B experiences

The location was perfect with many restaurants close by. Easy to get into the apartment with clear instructions and you can’t beat having a designated parking spot. Our only complaint was the bed and couch were both pretty uncomfortable. Besides that our stay was very enjoyable and we loved neighborhood!

We had a little difficulty figuring out how to get in, but once we figured it out, it was great. The rooms are very nice; the gym is great; Scott was very responsive and extremely helpful. Highly recommended. B A-G

Great place, very clean and extremely quiet !

Pamela was a wonderful host. My wife & I while here for work did not feel we were away from home. A lot of spots nearby to eat within walking distance and we had everything we needed for our jobs.

Needed a semi long term rental while waiting for my leased condo to pass city inspections. This was a perfect spot for my needs. Walkable to town, train, and work. Would recommend to people in need of a long term rental 🤙

This house is perfect for families to gather, spend time by the fireplace, share meals with the center island kitchen and dining tables, and enjoy each other’s company. Corinne is the perfect host, responsive, communicative, welcoming, warm. Pound Ridge is a wonderful town and the reservoir, quiet roads, trees, wildlife, walking trails, and stone walls are the perfect place to relax and get away from the city.

We feel honored to have been Hilary’s last guests. as she has sold the property and is moving away. Hopefully, she will get involved again wherever she ends up because she has a wonderful knack for making people feel at home. Her property was beautiful and we know she will miss it, but I am sure there are great things awaiting her in her new landing spot. Thank you Hilary for such a wonderful stay and good luck to you in the future!!

Adam and Jen were fantastic to work with and so hospitable. They made every effort to ensure we had a smooth stay, especially since traveling with our 21-month-old. Their home was comfortable and tidy, close to areas of interest, and provided exactly what we needed for a few days in CT. Adam was SO responsive and helpful, it really was above and beyond.

We enjoyed our quick weekend getaway for Fathers Day weekend. Our girls loved picking out books to read and going outside to play with the giant chessboard. The fenced yard was perfect for our young kids and small dogs we also brought with us. House and furnishings matched the photos and descriptions. Well decorated, clean and comfortable. Family friendly and great location. We enjoyed the 15min drive to the aquarium. If the weather had been a little nicer we would have walked to West Beach and the ice cream shop. We ended up driving. Also short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time!

Great home away from home. Made our family feel very comfortable while we were in town for our so sons wedding. We hope to stay again on our next trip. I highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area

Our stay at this unique home was fantastic! The 5 acres of beautiful land provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. The kids especially loved the pool and spent hours playing in it. The downstairs play area with a ping pong table was a big hit too. The open layout of the house was perfect for family time, and the large deck was ideal for outdoor meals and cozy evenings. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the extra sleeping spaces were a great addition. A highlight of our stay was the chickens. The kids had a blast collecting fresh eggs every morning. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and provided an great experience.

The back yard was BEAUTIFUL! It was a shame we went in late November and the air was freezing (but the inside was cozy) or we would've loved to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The house was very clean and well organized, spacious with a lot of space, way more than 3 bedrooms full of people would need. I had an absolutely fantastic stay.
