Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Westcliffe

Stayed here more than once. It is always clean, neat, convenient and has all the kitchen and bath room tools available. Air conditioning works great. The place is perfect for us.

I loved the two months I stayed here. The solitude and views were magnificent!

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed! The location is central to everything - the river, great restaurants, and we could see the mountains from bed. My husband had the best sleep the entire trip while we were here, it was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and very quiet, we didn't see or hear anyone else during our stay. We'd love to return to town and would stay here again!

Great place for a short stay and overall well put together. It was clean and it had a great vibe.

Nicely decorated apartment right in the center of town. On the ground floor however there are a few steps up to the door. The kitchen was very pretty and we appreciated having two bathrooms and two bedrooms for a party of three. The owners were easy to contact and quickly responded to our questions before our stay.

I spent 2 nights in this apartment and I recommend 100%. The place is in Historic downtown in a wonderful 150+ years old building. Felt like I was conquering the Wild West BUT with all the comfort we need in the 21st century!! Plus, a free parking lot less than 20 yards away directly to the side walk. Just perfect. Don’t look past this place! Kevin is a very responsive and helpful host. Any questions I had were answered immediately. This was most important to me … In addition, the charming home is EVEN better in person. We were a group of 4 girlfriends and there was PLENTY of room. The kitchen is enormous and well appointed. The beds were beyond comfy with quality bedding and all the extras…hangers, table fan, down pillows, lovely hair/skin products. It is near everything! We stayed busy with train, rafting, park walks, tunnel hike and one day ventured to CO Springs to see Glen Eyrie Castle where we toured and had an afternoon tea. We would definitely give 5 ⭐️!! Thank you for a wonderful retreat!

This was a great stay! The place was perfectly-sized, my kids loved the bunk beds, and the hot tub was wonderful! My kids also really appreciated the games that were available in the cabinet - spending a lot of time playing with the chess and poker sets. We were also super appreciative of the coffee and condiments that were in the house. This made it a lot easier to purchase meat/cheese/buns for a meal at the house rather than having to buy all the little things. The area was quiet and very beautiful. Super easy to get around as well.

We so enjoyed our stay a Terra Cottage! My 7 year old said it was the best Airbnb ever! I really enjoyed the courtyard mornings with Thomas playing guitar, and the calm and peaceful evenings. Being dog friendly was a huge plus for our family. Everything was stocked as Sean said, the record player and TV access was a great bonus. I loved having a fully stocked kitchen to use and cook in. There is not a lot in town grocery or restaurant wise, but with our own planning we had everything we needed and more! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great space and location for peaceful family time! The house is just as cozy as the pictures suggest, with comfortable and well taken care of furnishings. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Highlight for families is the upstairs loft with special sleeping and play space for little kids. Our daughter loved the new to her toys and books.

The place was great with scenic views of the mountains and valleys. Very homie and and great for any type of stay.

A touch difficult to find due to fairly new area with 2 addresses. Otherwise it was perfect, great layout, super quiet, kitchen, living room with view, bed, and shower were excellent. Hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay at Hunter's place. The location was perfect, we walked to all of the shops and restaurants nearby without having to drive once. It was great stay for a weekend getaway.

We stayed here a couple of years ago, so we were familiar with the unit and surroundings. It's in an excellent location, bright and comfortable inside, and fairly priced. We'll stay here again if it's available on our next trip.

The condo is very nice and looks like the pictures, it's got modern styling, but it's comfortable. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. The location is so nice for downtown Salida, you could park behind the unit and never have to get in your car again, unfortunately we had a bunch of stuff on the outskirts of town so we ended up driving a lot anyway. Sierra was super friendly, we ran into her at the boathouse and she actually recognized me and she was so friendly. If I had to complain I'd say the stairs from the back parking spot to the bedrooms were more than I expected and I was lugging a baby with me unloading the car, but really not that bad.

The rental was as described, and provided all needed for a short stay, and a great location for easy access to downtown Salida. While the unit is on the top floor of the Moonlight Pizza brewery, it was very quiet and had great view NE to the mountain and downtown. Having Moonlight pizza just down the stairs could be dangerous, we showed restraint and just had dinner and drinks one night, a huge bonus is they are dog friendly. Within a block walk, there are several good coffee shops, Safeway and Natural Grocers. The unit binder is very comprehensive providing great recommendations and things to do if you are new to Salida. The description notes that there are steep stairs to access unit, would emphasize that these are steel stairs with ice traction pattern on them and could be an issue with dogs that have sensitive pads and stair steepness could be a hindrance for older dogs. We would certainly consider rental again for future trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb was tidy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, which made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. We would absolutely love to stay there again on our next visit!

Lovely location, kind host and very nice place to stay

We loved our month long stay! The condo is located right in the heart of Salida yet away from the bustling noise. We could easily walk to grocery stores, all the shops and restaurants on F Street, the Arkansas River and hiking/biking trails. We didn’t need our car hardly at all. The unit itself is located on two floors - the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and laundry upstairs and the kitchen, eating area, living area and half bath on the main floor. The kitchen is well stocked and has all that’s needed for cooking. The small patio has a grill and two chairs for sitting outside. There are board games and a dvd player for added entertainment. The hosts are very responsive and make sure guests enjoy their stay. One of favorite Airbnb’s!
