Welcome to our cozy apartment in the threshing floor! Not far from the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here, you can reach the city centre within walking distance with many restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Alt Westerland with the beautiful village church can also be reached in a few minutes! Our apartment is located in a lovely frieze house, you will find it on the first floor. It goes over two levels, the upper sleeping area is accessible via a staircase ( due to the location in Spitzbden, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cozy décor invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car is available behind the house.

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the edge of Westerland and who don't mind the "charm of a yellow-linker's residence" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest-facing balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/tea towel must be brought optionally available at an extra cost 15 euros per person

VACATION FROM THE ME Tinnum is centrally located in the center of the island and Sylt can be explored comfortably from here with the women's bike, which is included, in all directions. Every guest in Sylt is subject to tourist tax ! Please bring your own necessary covers and towels. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. The tourist tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt and is independent from Airbnb.

Welcome)) You live in the middle of the city and can reach everything within walking distance. Friedrichstrasse as well as the spa center can be reached in just a few minutes' walk. Bike Rental around the corner, as well as several bakers,restaurants, bars and shopping. In the summer you can start the day with a refreshing dip in the sea on the way to get a bun. Zu Fuß ist alles was Westerland bietet in weniger als wenigen ; ) Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Cafe (Diavolo), der Bäcker sind unten im Haus oder direkt neben an. Zum Hauptstrand sind es nur 300m . Das Appartement liegt im 3.Stock ist neu renoviert, eingerichtet und freut sich auf die ersten Gäste.

Dieser gemütliche 2-Zi.-Bungalow befindet sich in traumhafter Lage. Der Strand, der Bahnhof, Supermärkte und Fußgängerzone sind in wenige Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist privat und ruhig. In die helle Wohnküche ist eine großem Esstisch, Spülmaschine, TV und Cerankochfeld. Das Badezimmer wurde, genauso wie das Schlafzimmer neu renoviert.
