Spanning 40 m², it features a light-filled living/sleeping area with a box spring bed, a modern kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a high-quality bathroom with a rain shower. Highlights include an external utility room, an underground parking space, and a central location just a few steps from the North Sea.

Perfekte Lage auf Sylt. Unsere Wohnung liegt 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof, 2 Minuten zum Strand hinter der Düne. Wir haben eine helle, freundliche und moderne Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine und Südbalkon und WLAN. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, oder Paare. Da wir selten nach Sylt kommen, vermieten wir gelegentlich. Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Wir haben im Januar 2025 renoviert und die Wohnung neu eingerichtet. Im Januar 2026 haben wir das Bad komplett erneuert.
