Your group will have exclusive access to the Sunrise Suite (everything shown in the photos), including two bedrooms, a patio, a private spa, and a fire pit. The front unit, Sunset Suite, is a separate rental. A full firewall runs through the center of the home, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Outside facilities include a gazebo, hammock and dock providing easy access to the ocean, ideal for swimming. Kayaks and snorkeling gear are also available free of charge! Located at a relatively quiet part of the island, known as a prominent fishing area. Some of the best seafood restaurants are located on the same street (Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone).

The Barnhouse Loft offers a very unique opportunity to enjoy Niagara Wine Country in full privacy and great comfort. You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.
