Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay at Sofita Sea View Apartment, on the main Street of Argassi which was fab as we could walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. But was still at a more peaceful and quiet end of the street. Windows do a good job at keeping noise out. Place was clean and beautiful with everything you need. Host was great at communicating and very friendly, she also messaged to check in half way through to ask how our stay was going. I would definitely come back!

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης, πας με τα πόδια παντού. Καλοφτιαγμένος και καθαρός χώρος, με προσεγμένες όλες τις λεπτομέρειες και πολύ όμορφο και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Ήταν ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Απολαυστική διαμονή, το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

We were three girls visiting from Canada, and staying at this Airbnb in Zakynthos was truly one of the best parts of our trip! The space was super homey — cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable for the entire week. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. When we had a small issue with one of the door locks, they were at the house within minutes to fix it — seriously the fastest and kindest response we’ve ever experienced while traveling. They checked in on us regularly (in the sweetest, non-intrusive way) and were always quick to respond with helpful answers whenever we had questions about the place or the area. They even surprised us with little treats during our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel even more at home. Mid-week, they arranged for a housekeeping crew to come by and freshen up the space, which we really appreciated. It was such a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο. Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και η Βούλα φρόντισε να έχει τα πάντα έτοιμα. Πραγματικά νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Παρόλο που ήρθαμε αργά μας περίμενε με υπομονή για να μας ξεναγήσει και να μας εξηγήσει τα πάντα για το σπίτι. Είτε μείνει οικογένεια με παιδί, είτε μόνο ενήλικες, δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να μη μείνετε ικανοποιημένοι. Είχε από παιδικό σαμπουάν και κεράσματα μέχρι επιτραπέζια, βιβλία διαφόρων ειδών ακόμα και βιβλία μαγειρικής!! Το μπάνιο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, καθαρό και οργανωμένο. Οποτε τη χρειαστήκαμε ήταν εκεί με τις προτασεις της και τις συμβουλες της. Έχουμε μείνει σε πολλά Airbnb αλλά το συγκεκριμένο πραγματικά ξεχώρισε!Η Βούλα ξέρει να φιλοξενεί στο σπίτι της και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!Μπραβο!

Η καλύτερη διαμονή που έχουμε κάνει ποτέ από όλες τις απόψεις! Πεντακάθαρο και ολοκαίνουριο σπίτι. Με ό,τι χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης για να έχει μια ευχάριστη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα. Η κυρία Φωτεινή και ο Κύριος Ηρακλής πάρα πολύ φιλόξενοι και επικοινωνιακοί άνθρωποι. Κάθε πρωί η κυρία Φωτεινή μας έφερνε πεντανόστιμες χειροποίητες πίτες. Στο διαμέρισμα όταν μπήκαμε υπήρχαν, φρούτα, χυμοί, αναψυκτικά, μπουκάλι με κρασί! Πραγματικά ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα! Θα σας ξαναεπισκεφτούμε σίγουρα.

What a lovely, quiet place right at the pebble beach, with a lot of space and a garden that has developed to be even more beautiful than shown in the pics. With the multiple sunbeds and separated areas on the plot it is great for couples as well as families with kids. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the sea. Kostas´family was always helpful and hospitable. The apartment was as described and left little to be desired. We´d be happy to come back again some day.

This place was perfect for 2 people. We stayed 17 nights and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is in a pedestrian street with restaurants within steps of the front door. The Restaurant Mazen is literally 2 steps away and has traditional Greek food and very nice people. The bedroom is in the back, so it is quiet, even when bars are playing loud music outside. The balcony is wonderful to have your morning coffee and watch life taking place in this little heaven. George and Kathrin are simply wonderful and incredibly responsive if you need anything. A highly recommended place!

L' appartement est très joli, agréable, propre et très bien équipé. Le seul inconvenient est qu'il faut trouver de la place dans la rue pour se garer. Très bien accueillis, nous recommandons cet appartement.

Εξαιρετική διαμονη, με το πόδι πρόσβαση σε οτιδήποτε. Αμεση και γρήγορη επικοινωνία με την ευγενικη και διακριτική κυρία Μαρία. Κατάλυμα που θα επιλέξουμε για την επόμενη διαμονή στην περιοχή!

Ήταν όλα πολύ καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα στο σπίτι, προσεγμένο με αγάπη και μεράκι.Η κα Γεωργία άψογη στην επικοινωνία και φιλική! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!

Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν επικοινωνιακή και μας βοήθησε για την άφιξη μας. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες. Πολύ κοντά στην πόλη των Καλαβρύτων και παράλληλα σε μέρος με ησυχία και όμορφη θέα! Άνετο πάρκινγκ!

Wonderful welcoming hosts and homey peaceful place in the centre of town- unfortunately the lift was not working so stairs to third floor…free gym! I lived the atmosphere once inside, private, peaceful, surrounded by trees and the sea breeze but just a step from the centre but out of the hassle with warm friendly bars and cafes and some great shops (bio food) on the doorstep and mini market at the door - Tatiana and Alexandros could not have been more welcoming and caring

Όλα πολύ καλά , στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας με διανυκτέρευση στην περιοχή σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε . Ευχαριστούμε για όλα .

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλό! Είναι κοντά στο κέντρο και εξυπηρετεί κάθε ανάγκη. Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο και με εξαιρετική θέα προσφέρει μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία διαμονής. Η Nantia είναι πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική! Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επιλέξω στο μέλλον και θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ons bezoek aan Zakynthos begin oktober leverde ons enerzijds wat meer bewolking, een beetje regen en gesloten locaties op het eiland op. Maar tegelijkertijd nu een rustig eiland met alle ruimte om de PRACHTIGE zee te bewonderen en te genieten van de het ZALIGE eten en de FANTASTISCHE mensen. Ons verblijf in Lofos Soilis maakte de droom compleet. Het appartement ruim, werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en we hadden de beste, met uitzicht op zee vanuit de voordeur! Dionysia was ongelooflijk aardig, zeer flexibel in check-in en check-uit en gaf goede tips over wat te doen op het eiland. Wij gaan bij een volgend bezoek aan Zakynthos zeker weer terug naar Lofos Soilis!

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία, μες στην φύση, την ησυχία και με αλογάκια παραδίπλα και πολύ κοντά στο Αίγιο με το αυτοκίνητο. Αγρόκτημα κανονικό, με όμορφη γενικά διαμόρφωση. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν κι αυτό όμορφο, άνετο και λειτουργικό και είχαμεκαι ωραία εξυπηρέτηση από τους οικοδεσπότες.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Matched the description and photos perfectly, everything was so clean, the shower was lovely and warm with good pressure. Pool was clean and a lovely addition. The place was right by the sea, you could see it from the balcony, it was so nice to be able to pop out and be in the sea in less than two minutes. We felt so at home here, all our needs were catered to, we were able to check in early and also leave our bags there all day after we had checked out. We’re both so sad to be leaving but will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Zante, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever seen. The place was super clean, they even have staff that come in to clean while you are out. The view is unreal. The pool is amazing. Everything was exactly how you see in the pictures, but even bigger. The space was very big and comfy for 2 people. They also have us some snacks and fruit. Can’t wait to go back!

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Ammoudi. Both Aggeliki and her brother Alexis were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a relaxed stay and the poolside bar and restaurant had a great menu at very reasonable prices. The whole week was relaxing and that had a lot to do with the way Aggeliki manages her place. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

Maria was super lovely and welcoming. Amazing communication and wonderful host. She helped with booking a taxi and gave us a local recommendation as well as letting us checkin early and stay at the pool after checkout so we didn’t have to wait with our bags in Keri for hours. Also very cute dogie

The communication was great, the flat was tidy and clean, the next supermarket was very close and Zakynthos town with restaurants, bars and shops was only a 15 minute walk away. We always felt safe during our stay and very welcomed! The only thing you need to know is there are a couple of dogs living in the near neighbourhood that like to bark every evening and night but that is not necessarily something that the owners can change. Overall, we highly recommend this place!
