From the super cozy seating areas designed for ultimate relaxation to the countless books and cinema room filled with fascinating memorabilia, every corner of this house offers something to enjoy. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

The home is beautifully constructed and curated with minimalist but traditional Sri-Lankan furnishings, very pleasing and comfortable. The accommodations are private, peaceful, secure and safe. The host was gracious, courteous, always available and very helpful with how things functioned within the home and graciously allowed for early check in and late check out. He allowed use of his private garage for our vehicle and even helped locate my misplaced cell phone. Will definitely return for an extended stay!

One of our best holidays . The place was so peaceful and beautiful. The host Isuri and caretaker Shelton are really nice and helpful. We had a very relaxing weekend with our friends. This is really a hidden gem in the busy town of Moratuwa . Thank you !

We ( 2 adults and 3 teenagers) spent 2 weeks over Christmas and New year at Reshmaal's place. The vila and the pool are exactly as in the fotos. Hambele was of great help to us although his English was extremely poor. He helped with small shopping from locals and made sure we had everything we needed. He also got us a local SIM card ( it costed 1000 rupees) which was very helpful. We had the same Tuk Tuk driver, who used to pick us from the house, drop us where we wanted and then picked us up again from where we were. I suggest you do the same, because the driver knows where you live and you do not have the hassle to always explain where you live ( can be difficult). All in all we had an amazing time and we fully recommend it.

Gayana’s place was everything we hoped for and more! We were staying for a multi day wedding nearby and needed a clean easy place to sleep and get ready. Gayana and her lovely housekeeper ensured we had everything we needed and more! Including a delicious breakfast every day and assistance to one of the guests who has a visual impairment, which was so kind and appreciated. Beautiful house with a lovely pool - couldnt recommend more!

Would highly recommend for a group of friends or family host was responsive and helped out in any request we had we enjoyed our stay and would be planning to go there soon

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

Kenji & Nisha was a very helpful and responsive host. Everyone who stayed in their place loved the place. Definitely worth the money. Their in house staffs are very helpful and respectful. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Worth it!
