This cozy apartment is located on the outskirts of town. The newly renovated apartment has a large living/dining area, a new kitchen, a double and a single room. An additional sleeping option is located in the living area. Two double rooms and 2 bathrooms are available for 4 or more guests. Terraces and barbecue can be used free of charge. Cycling and hiking trails start in front of the house. A swimming lake is 3 km away. The property is equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi and parking.

Due to its location, the apartment "Catalina" in Westerstede offers something for everyone. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, as a family or small group, here you can relax in rural surroundings, go on bike tours and hikes, take the children to the swimming pool, the lake, Janßen's Landerlebnis or the nearby Jaderpark. If you arrive without a car, you will find good bus connections in all directions. 1 x queen size bed in the bedroom 1 x sofa bed in the living room

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

Das lila Gästehaus steht in einem weitläufigen Garten mit alten Bäumen nah am Bauernhof und bietet Platz für Zweisamkeit, aber auch vier Erwachsene oder eine Familie. Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der gemeinschaftlichen Grillterasse ein.

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
