Das hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete 120 m² große Loft bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Natürlich kannst du auch den gesamten Gutshof erkunden. Hier leben wir gemeinsam mit unseren Hunden, Pferden und Katzen – ein besonderes Erlebnis für alle, die das Landleben schätzen, ohne auf Komfort verzichten zu wollen.

Due to its location, the apartment "Catalina" in Westerstede offers something for everyone. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, as a family or small group, here you can relax in rural surroundings, go on bike tours and hikes, take the children to the swimming pool, the lake, Janßen's Landerlebnis or the nearby Jaderpark. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
