The house was very clean, well-decorated and cozy. The appliances were all updated and nice to use. We enjoyed staying in the area as it was half way between Sag Harbor and Southampton. Would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

Perfect beach down the street! We loved how close it was to everything including most Hampton towns. Absolutely wonderful home for the two of us and our two small dogs, especially the large fenced in yard for them to run. Every amenity is included and we loved the modern look of the home. Also loved the small, quiet street close to Mattituck's main street with charming restaurants. Make sure you check out the Magic Fountain for ice cream and Love Lane Kitchen!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Heated pool and the hot tub were the highlights of the trip. Aida is super responsive and friendly

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could’ve hoped for. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful—truly making me feel right at home. The location was ideal: peaceful yet conveniently close to everything I needed. It’s clear that a lot of care and intention went into making this place feel special. I honestly didn’t want to leave. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. I’ll definitely be back!

A fenced-in slice of Hamptons heaven where both dogs and humans roamed free and happy. It’s basically a resort if your resort includes wagging tails, wine within walking distance, and a private mini movie theater for when socializing gets… exhausting. Days were spent by pool , nights were hot tub therapy. 10/10 would trade city stress for this fenced paradise again.

This home was beautiful and exactly as described. The hostess was wonderful and very responsive. The location in east hampton in a quiet and peaceful street was close to all our favorite restaurants, shops and beaches. The hot tub was so great to have in the cold and rainy days. The home is chic, comfortable and clean. We loved it and recommend it.

Alexander was a wonderful host and the place was exceptional. It’s located walking distance to a cute coffee shop, and the backyard and pool are perfect. His place is spacious and we had a great stay! Alexander went out of his way to help us, we can’t thank him enough!

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

Dewey’s place is such a dream! Everything is freshly renovated and just feels so crisp, clean, and stylish. You can tell so much love went into the design it’s the perfect mix of modern and cozy. We felt right at home the second we walked in. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spa-like, and every little detail was just so well thought out. Dewey was the sweetest host super responsive and made everything totally seamless. The location is amazing too quiet and peaceful, but still close to all the fun spots (beach, town, restaurants). We didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you’ll love it just as much as we did!

We had a great stay! The house was pristine and the kitchen was very well stocked. The cottage was very close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a beach vacation!

The hosts were extremely accommodating. We had a few inquiries that they quickly responded to. We even ran into an issue while at the house with the AC not working properly and they quickly had someone to come fix this. The backyard is really spacious and my dog loved running around! We had 7 people total, a bit tight for the inside living room, but the big yard/deck and beautiful weather helped alleviate this! Overall great stay and would definitely come back given what great hosts we had!

I found myself spending hours out there, just soaking in the tranquility. Yoon was an absolute dream to communicate with—always prompt, kind, and so accommodating. Every part of this experience was seamless and full of thoughtful touches. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about the home, the location, and the entire experience. It was perfect in every way! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The pictures really don’t do it justice , the place is adorable. The kitchen has all new appliances, and it has every amenity you could need for a long or short stay.

April was very accommodating and was able to provide her place at last minute for Memorial Day weekend at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. She was also very responsive.

Perfect getaway close to the city. Beach is beautiful! Brooke has the place stocked with everything you'd need. Will definitely be booking again!

Nice and cozy house close to the beach, place to park, peaceful and quiet which was perfect for a family stay to forget about loud city sounds. Highly recommended ❤️
