A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Entire Guest Suite This newly renovated guest suite is located in the 2nd story of our home with a separate and private entrance. Just a few blocks from lovely downtown St. Johns. You will find restaurants, shopping, craft coffee shops and a walking trail. Easy access to main roads and just 25 minutes to Lansing and MSU. Guests have private stairs, a deck, and free parking. Guest enter with a smart lock keypad. With the Roku Smart TV Guest mode, you can log in to your favorite accounts.

Nestled within six acres of beautiful woodlands right along the Grand River, time seems to pause, allowing us to share precious moments that foster deeper connections and create lasting memories at Tree Vistas. Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Escape to a peaceful farm retreat just off M57! Nestled on a quiet, secluded road, this unique stay is located inside a charming red barn with a private entrance for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy a full 1-acre fenced yard all to yourself, relaxing evenings, or simply soaking in the countryside views. Watch cows grazing on open pasture and wander through our lavender patch for a calming touch. Experience fresh air, beautiful sunsets. Please provide photo ID's of all guest staying.

Cozy little cottage off the beaten path offers peace and serenity with a beautiful view of Lake Steven. Unwind and relax in this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, attached garage, large yard for activities, a dock, washer and dryer and so much more. Home has many updates including all fresh paint and flooring. There are 2 queen size beds and air mattresses available as well. Cozy up to the fireplace or have an outdoor fire in the pit overlooking the Lake!

Stoney Creek Heritage Loft

Escape to the peace and simplicity of the countryside in our cozy, attached apartment on a 7th-generation family homestead. This private apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and is fully ADA compliant, also featuring a bathroom, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette and a piano. Large windows offer views of open fields, grazing goats, and beautiful sunrises; all of which can be enjoyed over a hot cup of coffee from the deck, or by a serene stroll down to Stoney Creek.

Great for writers, couples, families, crafters, gatherings of friends. Garden level self-contained apartment (I live upstairs) overlooks the Grand River on 25 acres of woods and streams. Glass-faced living area, 4 bedrooms, galley kitchen, bathroom (2 sinks, 2 toilets, 2 showers), washer/dryer, and large deck facing the river. River seating. With advance request, 2 kayaks available. No hunting. Ask about family rates for children under 12.

Lakefront Cottage on All-Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

Step away from the demands of your world into a beautiful country setting. This is on a working farm! You are surrounded by fields and woods and it is a great opportunity to get out into the country! We are excited to share this amazing farm setting that we were privileged to raise our family on. We still have plenty of grandkids frequenting our home.
