Great place exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a great environment for a quiet gathering of friends.

Edward was the best host I have ever had! He was so accommodating and very responsive! I rent a lot with Airbnb and he is top notch!

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

I think the place was beautiful and very peaceful surroundings. Great place to just relax. The children in our party had a blast. However the adults were not as ecstatic. The peacocks were very loud in the mornings, one room was extremely hot that no guest wanted to stay in it, one room was had no window curtains so it was very bright very early. A lot of the kids beds were too squeaky so kids mainly slept on the couch or floor. The master bathroom is awkwardly made and allows for little privacy. We also paid extra for the pool to be heated but it was still pretty chilly even though the temperate had rose a little. The pool table was placed to close to the wall so we weren’t able to play it correctly without hitting the wall. Other than these down falls, the house was very beautiful. We enjoyed fishing from the pier, bon for nights, swimming and the hot tub. The hot tub was probably the biggest hit for all of us. We never used the sauna. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again.

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

This is our third time staying in Chris’ place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My kids loved being able to walk to the pool and the house is spacious enough for our big family. We look forward to returning again later this year. We enjoyed the back deck and barbecuing as well! Chris and Dottie have a beautiful house and really make sure their guests feel at home and keep things simple.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years, and this place surpasses every one. It is perfect for a lake vacation, super clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The beds and linens were so nice, the couches comfy, the kitchen stocked with enough tools to cook good meals, and the outdoor areas and equipment were great. Seriously, I can't think of one thing that would make it better. Jody is a great host and accommodated our needs. We truly hope we can return to Lulu's again next year.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The property is absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. We truly didn’t want to leave and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene lakefront getaway!

The house was perfect for my sister & me. We only stayed one night, but we’ll definitely keep this house on our favorites list when we pass through again! I just to have say an EXTRA thank you for the noon check out time. I selected this house because it was only 10 minutes away from 926 CrossFit. I’ve heard about this amazing gym & it did not disappoint. Since we had a noon check out, we were able to go to an 8:30 class & we had plenty of time to shower, load up, & get out on time. I understand about cleaning crew issues, but I wish other Airbnbs would do the same. The gift of time is precious to us. Thank you!!!

We had 6 adults staying in this home and it was perfect! The view was awesome! Loved how the home was situated in a cove at Lake Norman. It was very private which made kayaking enjoyable. The boat ramp was only 3 minutes from the home which made it convenient for docking our boat there! We enjoyed the fire pit which overlooked the lake. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place. Very responsive host. Loved the covered dock with table/chairs for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. All the necessities were available in the kitchen, very well stocked. Good fishing (bass and bluegill) right from the dock and backyard, great for kids. Multiple kayaks and paddle boards onsite with an easy launch from the backyard and numerous life jackets available. Very pleasant location in a quiet cove. Would stay again.

This home is was sooo clean and beautifully decorated. It most definitely fit the needs of me and my family for our trip. The host was very responsive as well.

My family and I stayed at Austin’s home for a Father’s Day getaway and it did not disappoint. Austin’s house was exactly as pictured. Super clean, had all the things I needed away from home, and was so peaceful. My kids did not want to leave as his house provided them with all things outdoors that we don’t typically do. They enjoyed fishing, campfires, paddle boarding, jumping off the dock onto this floating island mat, touring Lake Norman on his beautiful boat and best of all having a BLAST on the water tube. My husband and I appreciated the relaxing hot tub while taking in all the beauty of the lake. Austin was so quick to respond to my questions and was just a joy!! We shared some special bonding time together as a family because Austin’s house provided the perfect space to do so. We would absolutely come back and stay at his place in the future.

Dear Robert and Charleen, Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. The Bird House is truly a gem, and you are blessed to own it. The pictures on Airbnb do not do the house justice. As I entered on Wednesday, my breath was taken away; the views of the lake and natural light filled every room. The beauty of the natural surroundings, together with the well-thought-out interior design and appointments, made our experience one to remember. My mother and I truly had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving. You had very clear notes regarding how to work everything (the blinds). Clearly, a lot of thought was put into what would make guests comfortable (lap blankets and a variety of lighting with dimmers), and all of the items one would use at home were in the kitchen, enabling us not to have one worry during our stay. We hope to return during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors.

This charming cottage-style home was ideal for our getaway. It was clean and ready for use, conveniently located near the water, restaurants, and shopping. I appreciated having chairs on the porch and near the fire pit. Anne was proactive in her communication and replied promptly. We had a lovely time and recommend this location for others looking to disconnect.

Wonderful vacation getaway! Right on the water and lots of space to enjoy your self. Jim answers all your questions and gets problems solved right away. Would love to return in the future.

Loved staying here, it’s a cozy little spot right on the lake. Neighbors are so friendly, since there’s a shared dock, you do walk through the neighbors yard just a little to get on the dock. Loved waking up to the lake everyday. My son LOVED seeing fire flies and catching them. Only two things missing, the cushions for the outdoor patio furniture and bath mats to step on after a shower. The location is perfect, not far from Publix and general shopping needs. 10/10 would love to go back again :)

Beth's place was absolutely amazing! It was just like the pictures showed and was the perfect place to host the bridesmaids for my daughter's wedding. There was plenty of space to accommodate 12 girls (including me). We enjoyed cooking a big breakfast in the kitchen, the girls enjoyed the hot tub, and I especially enjoyed resting on the dock the day after the wedding. :-) The place was so clean and smelled lovely. Beth was quick to reply back to any messages also. Beth was a great host! We were super busy with the wedding plans so I would love to visit again to have more time to play on the lake. The house was as advertised: beautiful location, the outdoor space was really incredible, and the kitchen upstairs/theater setup downstairs were popular hang out spaces. The only issue was the alarms on the back doors. Each of the back sliding doors had a manual alarm that had to be pressed to exit and enter the house. They were incredibly loud, even when used as instructed. They are obviously there for safety reasons but it made it really difficult at times to be in and out of the house to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space.
