Tiny house holiday rentals in Whatcom County

I was traveling with 3 kids (pre teen and teens). We all loved our stay! There was so much to do and absolutely everything we needed for anything we could think of doing. We enjoyed ping pong, biking, s’more’s, kayaking, games, cooking meals, watching wildlife (seals, a huge sea lion, weasel, bald eagles), and hanging out with a friendly black cat that visited. I cooked a couple meals and had everything I needed for cooking and storage. The view was amazing and north-facing which made me upset that I missed the strong auroras by 1 day :( I wish we could have stayed longer!

Such a beautiful spot, I was wowed from the moment we walked in. Very cosy, with a nice modern kitchen. Bed is super comfy, fireplace is great.

Lisa’s cabin was so so so wonderful! It was very cozy and quiet. We loved everything about it. I can’t recommend this place enough, so lovely :)

A tiny house with everything you need. Marillyn is a great host and the nature around the area is amazing if you take a small hike to the Nooksack River.

We had such a lovely time here. John was very flexible, responsive and clearly cared that we had a good stay. The hot tub was clean and we took their two person kayak to the little island where we swam! It was beautiful and really made our 24 hours in Bellingham worth it. We also loved the restaurant and bakery recommendations they gave us. Can’t wait to be back some day!

Greta stay! The apartment is cozy and modern. Apartment was clean and check in was very easy. The location is great with being only five minutes from downtown Bellingham. Hosts were very nice when I spoke to them in passing. They also provide complementary snacks and toiletries which came in handy when you forget a tooth brush :)

This tiny little cabin was so fun to stay at during our visit at Mt. Baker. We enjoyed walking the property and cooking meals at the cabin. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were very high quality for an Airbnb. Check in was a breeze, cabin was easy to find and well marked. Excited to rent one of the other properties on site next time. Great stay! Thank you hosts!

This cabin is great for a nice getaway. The cabin has direct access to the beach, beautiful trees and green areas. All in all an amazing place to relax, disconnect from the world and enjoy a nice getaway

We had a very cozy stay at Austen’s place! The cabin is super homey and the kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. The sauna was a perfect size for 4 people and such a treat! All in all we had a great time and would come back! The only bummer was that the fire place wasn’t working, would have loved to use it on this rainy weekend😊

If I could give this cabin 6 stars I would! My Wife and I came here for a getaway following our wedding, and Cat and Chau’s place delivered and then some!! The cabin looks exactly like all the photos, is spacious, is finished beautifully and has outdoor amenities that would be hard to top anywhere. Everything is clean and the cabin comes with all the supplies that you’d need for a great getaway!! Cat and Chau are easily the best hosts I’ve come across on the platform. They were extremely responsive, welcoming, and provided personal touches that truly went above and beyond anything I’d ever seen before!! Canadians (like us) looking to support an amazing couple just south of the border, look no further, this place and the people who own it, are awesome!! We will 100% be back!!

The tiny home is very comfortable and the greenhouse is a nice spacious area to relax in and enjoy. Sonja greeted me with a tour and instructions regarding the place. Great location with nearby trails to walk and explore. I felt at home and would recommend this unique place.

Had a great stay here. Very quiet and peaceful place. The host was very responsive and helpful before checking in as well as during checkout. Would recommend for 1 - 2 people looking to have great access to all that Whatcom County has to offer. Close to the mountains, skiing, farms, coast, islands, cities and more. I stayed here for a few months it was cozy and Christian was very friendly and accomidating. It was very nice to cuddle up on the couch for a movie night. Hospitality was amazing and warm and welcoming. I will definitly send family and friends to this amazing spot. Very quiet and friendly atmosphere they made it feel like home away from home. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet quant place to find peace and adventure.

We had a wonderful stay here! Our pup loved exploring around the fenced yard and going on the nearby hikes! Location was a great base camp for day hikes near mt. baker! The hot tub was perfect for evenings after hiking and exploring the nearby forest. Mish was very communicative and proactive in providing any necessary instructions for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

It’s impossible to say enough about what a great place this is! The hosts are so kind and helpful. The views are so beautiful. The Tiny Farmhouse has everything I needed but still felt spacious because it wasn’t cluttered which I really appreciate. The bed was amazingly comfortable — both the mattress and the sheets. (I’ve been struggling with insomnia and I slept really well! Yay!!) I got some delicious farm fresh food which they kindly delivered to my place before I arrived and I also enjoyed a lovely soak in their hot tub. I highly recommend the Oostema’s Farm and the Tiny Farmhouse!!

I stayed here for over a month and I still wasn't ready to leave. I will miss waking up each morning to look out at the ocean where I saw wales, bald eagles and beautiful sunsets. This is a truly magical location and the house was clean and provided all the necessities for an amazing stay. I hope to make it back soon.

Everyone has different expectations when they stay at someone’s place. Anita’s cottage has something for everyone. For me, I love the local hiking, local wildlife, and that it is close to town. I have stayed here 5 years in a row, but this year I enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer available too!

Our stay at West Beach Resort was phenomenal. The host was exceptionally kind, friendly, and nice. Mostly everything you need is available onsite (coffee, food, fire wood). Some wood was included for our fire pit and we really enjoyed the peaceful setting with our beachfront cabin and private fire pit. We even made it into the hot tub for a bit and that was great too. Inside the cabin was thoughtfully appointed and spotlessly clean. Great stay. Won’t hesitate to return.

Our family of four (plus our pup) took a staycation at Jackie’s glamping tent and it did not disappoint. The tent was clean and well maintained (and smelled relaxing thanks to her essential oils spray). There was extra blankets, sleeping pads, pillows, towels, utensils, pans, plates and more! We spent hours in the warm pool and hot tub. Our kids especially enjoyed the outdoor shower in the back of the tent! We can’t wait to visit again!

We loved our stay here and definitely see ourselves coming back! Even better than the photos.

Beth’s place was perfect for us and our little dog - the house is comfortable and well appointed and the large fenced-in yard space is great to relax in and allowed our dog to explore and play outside. The house is also a few minutes drive from Bellingham and Fairhaven! Highly recommend Beth’s place, especially if you’re traveling with a dog.
