This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. The apartment sits above a garage so you have to go up one flight of stairs. One bedroom with two double beds. Queen Air mattress in closet which can fit in living room or bedroom. Balcony which over looks the backyard. Central air. Washer/Dryer. High ceilings makes it feel open and spacious. Big backyard to relax and hangout with patio. My wife and I live next door in the house. Centrally located, 15min to Niagara Falls, 20 min to Buffalo.

Karen & Jay went above and beyond to make our family vacation to Niagara Falls special! You’ll feel right at home in their house and the best part is the backyard area. A beautiful back porch that is so peaceful in the morning while drinking your coffee, the pool and sauna is the icing on the cake! I wanted to move in the first night we were there! They even had bored games to play. Oh and they have a water system for drinking water that was so good. I would recommend this house x10.

The property is located in a block of private houses,so it's quite peaceful. Only the roach of the waterfalls can be heard:) It's about a 30 min drive to the waterfalls. There are several stores near the home, a hospital (had to (not)take an ambulance service - over $1000!!). Our room was very small, we barely fit with 2 large suitcases,but we didn't have anything-experience:) we have TV and Netflix in the room! the kitchen and bath are stocked with all the supplies you need. We felt like our own at Steve's place:) Thank you!

I have stayed here twice now. It is perfect for an overnight stay on my way to our family cottage. It is also close to several attractions in the area of Niagara Falls so it would be a great place to stay if you are planning a getaway. The room and bath are clean and welcoming. It was a lovely place and home to stay in. Everything was perfect and comfortable as described and matched with the pictures. The washroom was cute and compact. Kitchen had all the basic necessities. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with the Niagara river parkway just right on the corner. Public transport was easily accessible as there is a WEGO bus stop just 5 mins walk away. Doug was a great host and has put a lot of efforts by taking care of every small details during our stay. I would totally recommend his place if someone is looking for a cute and cozy stay near the falls.
