This building at the bottom of my garden was a garage, then converted into a family run permanent makeup clinic and now a beautiful little bedsit only 4 miles away from Leeds city centre with all of the essential amenities close by! Studio flat in a converted stable, in Leeds green belt so very rural location, with great views and wildlife yet only 5 miles from Leeds city centre. Cosy and rustic were the initial thought of a friend when they first saw it. Great connection to the motorways and comes with Private and secure parking…. The parking area can get a bit hectic so it’s sadly only one car per booking……
