The Studio: Spacious room on the Thames Path

Simple and stylish, this spacious studio is set back from the road, just off the Thames Path at the foot of the Chiltern Hills. A 2 minute walk from the local pub with regular street food, 5 minute walk from the river and 10 minutes from the shops, restaurants and train station in Pangbourne (direct trains to London in approx. 50 mins). Free parking is available and the room has a patio and outdoor seating area. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided but there is no fridge or kitchen.

Manstone Cottage, Yattendon

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

A relaxing retreat close to the Thames.

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

Private Annex En suite Double Room (Dog Friendly)

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to Paddington.

Luxury Pool House set in an Oxfordshire forest

Stunning architect-designed glass and timber pool house, set in private woodland, with king size double bedroom, spa, sauna, cinema room, kitchenette & indoor pool. Guests have private use of a lawn surrounded by woodland, and patio, for outdoor dining. The pool house is set right on a bridleway, which connects with excellent biking and walking trails. Nearby Goring and Pangbourne have cafes, artisan cheese and bakery shops, supermarkets and train stations.

Unwind in this quiet rural retreat on the edge of the Chilterns, close to Reading, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley on Thames. A gorgeous barn, set in beautiful surroundings. Luxurious Emporer bed with pretty linen, with a large ensuite shower room. Utility Room - Miele Washing Machine, and Fridge. Please note there is no fitted oven. Doggy friendly escape! We have full itineraries for nights away with walks, suggestions of where to eat and things to do. Annex with its own access and pretty courtyard garden. Off-street parking. Check in is from 3pm, check out is 11am 15 minute walk to Caversham, 30 minute walk to Reading Station. King size bed with good quality linen and a well equipped bathroom and kitchen.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The Ridgeway and Chilton Hills and the Thames Path all accessible from the village. The mainline station provides access to Oxford, Reading and London Paddington. The historical market town of Wallingford on Thames is approximately 5 miles away and Henley on Thames is 12 miles away.
