easy check in and check out. Cottage is in developing gated community less than a mile to downtown. back screened in private deck with wood burning fireplace was wonderful way to end the days with family.

I have stayed at a lot of Air BnBs, and this one was the best experience I have had! The host was great! We had some problems and the Ashley and her husband were very helpful. As far as bang for your buck, the price was spectacular for everything g you get. Location was perfect. We had a large family and there was plenty of room and things to do. The host’s attention to detail was spot on. We will be looking to stay here again next time we are in Helen!

I booked the cabin to celebrate my 25th Bday , and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in nature, the cabin offered a peaceful retreat that was exactly what I needed. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the charming cardinal that visited us every morning. As we are from Florida, we particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace. It provided warmth and comfort during the chilly evenings, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time in this beautiful setting, surrounded by nature's tranquility. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! You should also check out Helen nearby! A little magical Christmas place! You’re going to love it!

We loved this house and exploring the town of Helen. Great gated community close to town and hiking trails. The house was clean and well equipped. Beds were a little firm for our taste, but to each their own. We saw a family of bears by the front porch one afternoon. That was pretty cool, especially since we were indoors 😉

Belle Terre Chateau was only minutes from downtown Helen and was great for a large group; in our case, we had 7 adults and 3 children. We used this place as our base in Helen, fixing food in the kitchen or getting take out from the restaurants in Helen, which were expectedly overrun in the days between Christmas and New Year's Day. Bedrooms were as advertised; one connects oddly between the master and the front hallway. Four-person hot tub was great for morning coffee wake-up. A few other nits typical of AirBnB rentals during the holidays: - Cleaning was not complete before 3:00 PM. (Late cleaning was non-issue as we arrived after cleaning finished.) - Previous guests left garbage disposal jammed and indicated non-existent problem with Keurig coffee maker. (Kathryn arranged fix to disposal. We determined coffee maker was fine.) - The lock box on the door to the basement confused us. (We ignored it.) Would return if visiting Helen again.

Sean was an excellent host. His communication was kind and he always responded in a timely manner. His instructions were clear and helpful before check in and after. The home was clean, beautiful and everything it was described to be. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the Treetop. What a view! Perfect for the 2 of us and a friend. We had separate bathrooms. Beds were comfy and lots of towels. Everything was provided , including paper towels and all things for the kitchen. Dale thought of everything, even recommending Cowboys & Angels for dinner. Would love to come back to Helen again,

The two cottages were perfect for our needs! Beautiful wooded area, updated decor and amenities! The two cottages are just aacross the road from each other. Ideal for our extended family!! Alison was very responsive and accommodating-absolutely loved our experience!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We loved it so much, this was our 2nd stay. Group of 13 friends just hanging out for the weekend. Things that stand out include the absolutely pristine bathrooms and the fully stocked kitchen. All the pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, etc. you need. Lots of places I've been to don't have things like measuring cups but they have everything. When we had questions, response was fast. Nice common area for everyone to hang out in. Just a great place.

The house was spacious and beautiful. The huge bathrooms and showers were great. Beds were comfortable. Location was walking distance to Helen. We will definitely be booking again next year.

Great place to stay to visit a little of everything in the area. Waterfalls 20-30 minutes away, Helen 20 minutes away, wineries close from 5 minutes to 20 minutes. House was great also. The game room was a-lot of fun. The outside area was great for gathering and chilling. Plenty of room to stretch out and not feel cramped together. Had a great stay and would return.

The location of this place was perfect for us, close to Helen and within 10-30 mins of several waterfalls. The hosts were very pleasant to deal with and answered any questions I had quickly. My original stay was only two nights, but I wanted to add an extra night and they made sure I could do it with no issues. The only issue I had was that I had to leave and go home. Highly recommend this place for a couple trying to get away.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Once we walked into the cottage we stayed put and relaxed. The little touches of Christmas was perfect.

This was the PERFECT getaway cabin for our family after the hustle and bustle of Thanksgiving. The cabin was great and the VIEW we got was a surprise. No leaves on the trees and you could see mountains all around. We will definitely be back!

The house was so clean, spacious, and beautiful! Location was awesome, being up in the mountains and so close to Helen and Anna Ruby Falls, which is where we visited. We celebrated my husband’s 50th and our host made it that more special by sending him a cake! Overall, we had a wonderful time and the hospitality was outstanding!

Great place & super clean! The house is about 7 minutes from entering the neighborhood gate! Lots of hills and beautiful scenery! Very quiet neighborhood which once you get out of the neighborhood, Helen’s Main Street is right there, so you’re close to everything you want to do! I would recommend this Airbnb! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The views were so beautiful and although there were homes close around, the grounds were nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to visit again!!!

We've been going to Helen for several years and this Airbnb is definitely one of the nicest ones we've ever stayed in & the communication with the host is top notch. During my morning time with Lord on the wood deck I was blessed with a deer coming to the back yard, both upper and lower decks are relaxing & have a beautiful view with all the trees. You really don't need to bring anything, it's all there & you can tell they didn't go cheap on essentials such as towels, sheets, & kitchen accessories like many Airbnb's do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this cabin.

John's place was really great. It was convenient to downtown and the Unicoi Park Trailhead. It was within walking distance yet very quiet. It was the perfect get-away spot. Everything was just as described in the description and everything was in good working order. Games were set up outside and firewood was provided for a small outside fire. Chairs were available to sit outside and look out over the town, which we really enjoyed. Coffee is not provided (we did leave some K-Cups for the next person) but Walmart or Walgreens delivery is available if you don't want to get out after arrival. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great house nestled in a beautiful location. Everything was positive, but one thing about the place is the drive up and down the mountain. We ended up renting a van for the evening, after getting a recommendation from Charles. Driving down would have been no problem but after a few drinks, dinner and it being dark upon our return, we all felt it safer to hire someone that was used to this drive. The house was very well set up & we loved that there was a bathroom on each level. With 11 women that was a must. Charles responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. One thing that bothered some of the other guests was the absence of hand towels & wash cloths. We were told they stopped providing them due to hygenic reasons. So, bring one of each along. Just a word of caution on the landing at the bottom of the steps to the basement...the tiles are very slick. Bodensee - Good German food. Alpine Brew & Deck - good wings & Karoke. Arrive early for a good seat.

Our group ranged in age from 18 months to 67 yrs. We rented both houses on the property. The larger house was accomodating for all ages. It is a single story house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Our favorite inside room was the kitchen because it was spacious and was central to both the fireplace room and to the larger living room/dining room. Great layout for a larger group. The covered deck/hot tub area is amazing. Great hangout area. It was cold during our visit, but the outdoor heaters, fireplace and optional deck screens used to contain the heat made this outdoor area popular during the day and evenings. The property has a large fenced in yard which is great for containing kids. We enjoyed the beautiful 15 minute walk along the creek that took us to the main intersection of shops. On one of our walks we discovered the Alpine slot cars. Owners were super friendly and we had a blast racing the cars.

The condo was in a great location. Very enjoyable watching rafters go past the unit. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the necessary items. I would rent it again.
