Great location, and close to lakeside park. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and activities on the lake, which we did from the park about 1 mile away. Our schedule changed and Alexandra willingly accommodated us - very nice! We will be back.

It was an easy walk to downtown, but still felt like you were away enough from the downtown. We enjoyed sitting at the river reading with our books and having a fire. She left us some sweet treats and firewood. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly reccommend

Me and my friends spent a week at this place. Even though it's a shared space, it's very private. The surroundings are beautiful and it's a great place to unwind and relax, highly recommend!

Margarita's place had everything we needed, and were looking for for an impromptu weekend getaway. It was close to the Jackrabbit trails, which we enjoyed with friends, and the lake. Plus, we enjoyed a bonus sunset drink, with some great food truck bbq, on the new dock bar! We would definitely stay again.

The resort is lovely! It’s a nice get away. Just keep in mind cell service is limited in this area! It’s beautiful. 😍

The house is peaceful and comfortable, and it’s close to numerous stores so you can get whatever you may need. We didn’t use the kayaks on the dock, but it was nice to have the option to use them if we had wanted to. If you take the walk down the stretch of stairs to the dock, you’ll find that it’s the only dock in the little alcove, which makes it feel pretty secluded. Finally, the internet speed is really great if you need to do some work, play games, etc. Maureen was also very helpful, communicative, and accommodating to our individual situation.

Barry and Tricia are both so lovely, they were always very professional and extensive with their responses which I appreciated. The house was gorgeous and very spacious. It was very clean with an amazing view of the lake behind. We met the previous owner and he was very kind as well. The only thing I could think to ask of them is to include more pictures in the listing! You are gatekeeping your gorgeous home! lol This is a worthwhile stay with a group of friends or family. This trip was a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday, and exceeded my expectations. We had a great time! One of the best experiences we've had so far. We loved the lake in the backyard. He fished morning, afternoon and night and caught many nice size fish. The pool table was a great addition, after the sun went down. We actually were able to relax and enjoy a quiet weekend, fishing, playing pool, and watching movies as planned and expected. Our hostess was the sweetest. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely want to come back. Everything was great.

We loved our stay at this lakefront gem. The house is exactly as described and gorgeous. The view from the back porch is amazing. Wendy is a wonderful host and her home is well stocked and very clean! I would recommend this home and we will stay again.

So I met my first love there. Which we haven’t seen each other for 32 years. It was perfect. Romantic but yet fun. Very private. But the host was easily assessable. I highly recommend it.

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

Cute 2 bedroom 3 full bath with pull out couch, every room including living area has balcony access. Right in the middle of Helen you can walk to anything! Big daddy’s restaurant near by was great as well!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was better than the photos and had so many cozy areas I didn’t want to leave the house. The house was very clean and the beds slept great. Walkable to places around, including tubing next door, and basically right in the heart of Helen. Loved our stay and will be back!

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
