We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new energy efficient windows throughout, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.

Our guesthouse is a clean, contemporary space with a touch of traditional character. You will be amazed by the impressive view and refreshed by the relaxing atmosphere. The Parkside Retreat

The Parkside retreat has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a queen bed in each of the rooms. We have direct access to the Edgewater park, just open the backyard gate and you can enjoy all the amenities our neighborhood park has to offer! Our backyard has plenty of space to enjoy an A&M football game on our back deck and play some cornhole with family and friends! We are also located about 5 miles (10 minute drive) from Kyle Field!
