Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

Excelente alojamiento, cerca de la playa y con buena ubicación. Sadiel en todo momento estuvo al pendiente y super atento, nuestra estadía fue genial y volveré pronto. Me sentí como en casa.

I had a wonderful stay! Rajesh was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring from the moment I booked. Communication was always clear, and he made everything super easy and stress free. He even booked us the most amazing excursion to Saona Island. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and easygoing he was throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Nos encantó el lugar, es tal cual las imágenes . Para los que no van a un todo incluido . Me parece que es el lugar ideal para conocer varias zonas y además permanecer en la playa . Este lugar tiene acceso directo a la playa .

lindo departamento, todo lo que anuncia realmente es. esta en una ubicación muy central y relativamente cerca a una playa llamada Turquesa. tiene de yodo tipo de comercio aleddaño supermercado, casa cambios , framacia , bares, restaurantes, bancos, cajeros, etc.

Bonito departamento , muy cómodo. a 200 mts de la playa. en un condominio lleno de vegetación con una piscina enorme mesas sillas y reposeras. Ayleen Siempre dispuesta a contestar, aconsejarte y recomendarte. excelente estadía.

It’s was perfect! Super clean apartment and spacious in a quiet around near a bunch of restaurants! And right on the beach!!

Spacious 1 BR condo as described in listing. Clean on arrival with cleaning supplies available. Wifi great, hot water supply also very good. The pool in this complex is fantastic with lots of loungers and is well maintained. Kitchen could use some extra amenities however we managed to cook without much issue. Restaurants and beach are a short walk away and we felt safe doing so. We would definitely recommend staying here. Only downside is the electricity is very expensive! We paid $300usd deposit. Once home and electricity calculated, we were refunded as only had fans on in the day and air conditioning in bedroom at night.

Beautiful apartment, close to the beach and restaurants. Roof top have great views and jacuzzi. We had amazing time in Punta Cana. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay. My expectations were exceeded. Location is perfect. so close to everything you will need. Host was so helpful with any requests and very responsive. we even extended our stay because we enjoyed this place so much. 5 stars and would definitely return.

El alojamiento es como se describe en la página, cerca al mar un condo muy tranquilo, la piscina fabulosa, restaurantes y supermercados cerca, el departamento muy cómodo, prontas respuestas a las inquietudes, solo puedo agradecer a Mark por las hermosas vacaciones en su ARB. Muy recomendable.

This Airbnb was in a very convenient location which made our vacation so much better. The hosts not only helped coordinate excursions for a competitive price, but many excursions also pick up from locations that are less than a 5 minute walk from the Airbnb. There is a market open 24 hours right across the street for added convenience. The house was clean & the host responded almost immediately on a consistent basis. Very pleased with our stay.

Our host was Valentin and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The apartment was adequately furnished, had comfy beds and we really enjoyed our stay. Made transportation arrangements with Yves who was accomodating, reliable and easy to contact.

Place was just as listed if not better. Perfect location with a quick 3 min walk to the beach, essentially first building next to the public access area of the beach. Very short walk to where there were multiple restaurants and small supermarkets with one market right next door. The pool was on the smaller size put perfect for what we needed it for. The apartment itself was clean, very roomy, and the beds were very comfortable with good pillows which is usually not the case at many places. Check in was a breeze and took literally no time with the code to the place which also makes one last thing to lose on the beach since you do not need keys. Staff at the building were very nice. Lastly, Javier was very responsive, although we did not need him for much. There was an issue with one door to a bedroom because new doors were recently installed and he had someone come fix it within 12 hours! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with lots of amenities nearby and walkable. It is a spacious and clean condo!

Ulyana’s place was wonderful. A view from every room. Her artists touches were woonderful. I absolutely loved the condo. The only thing I would recommend is AC in the living room area instead of just the bedroom. Otherwise it was a great stay. She’s a beautiful hostess with an awesome spirit!! Thank you

Ge-wel-dig!! Alleen al het uitzicht vanaf het terras was adembenemend! De communicatie vooraf en gedurende het verblijf verliep vlekkeloos. Er werd adequaat en snel gereageerd op kleine issues die we hebben ervaren. Ondanks dat de locatie zich direct aan het strand bevindt en boven Zoho Beachclub, was het heel relaxed en privé. Muziek was duidelijk te horen maar niet storend. Voldoende keukengerei om zelf te kunnen koken. Goed bereikbaar met de auto ( Prive parking mogelijk) maar ook goed bereikbaar met een uber met de geboden instructies. Ik kom zeker terug!

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the common areas are very well maintained. The pool is excellent! We were welcomed by Anna, who is an absolute delight. The beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you walk in the opposite direction of the beach, you’ll find even more dining options with more affordable prices. We could truly see ourselves living there. Highly, highly recommended!

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y el residencial es muy tranquilo. Tuvimos la alberca para nosotros solos prácticamente. Si bien no depende del anfitrión, mi único comentario sería que no pudimos tomar el transporte a la playa que ofrecía el residencial porque estaba descompuesto.

Excelente servicio, siempre estuvo pendiente de cualquier duda, atendio de forma adecuada con respuestas efectivas. El apartamento ordenado y limpio, muy tecnologico, las fotografias corresponden con las que estan en la publicacion. Sus recomendaciones fueron muy adecuadas, las zonas comeciales son cercanas.

Place location is very nice. couple step on beach, not beachfront second row, but not a big deal. you can watch sea from porch. Place need little bit upgrade, we stayed 3 nights not big problem but for long term need some improvements. kitchen, furnishings bathroom etc. there is no hot water. overall i recommend this place.

I have spend 3 weeks at the apartment and everything went very well. The apartment has everything you need, is clean and the area is safe. The beach is very close and beautiful, the only thing i was missing was a restaurant or bar at the beach. But there are many restaurants outside the recidence, i recommend to rent a car. Diego is a very good host, very friendly flexible and always available. I would visit the apartment again.

Jenny is great, her place has one of the best locations and views of the beach I’ve seen in an Airbnb. It’s stunning. The sunrises are the best! The proximity to the beach for the price can’t be beaten. If you’ve never stayed in the DR, there are a few things to consider. 1. We paid just under $20 for the electricity granted we barely turned on the lights and fans during the day. It was really hot at night so did use the AC then. So it’s tough to stay under that 15kwh/day. 2. Driving. We rented a car, just be careful, it’s more hectic than the states for example. My bro in law used diamond transfers and they were great. 2. It feels fairly safe, know that it’s a public beach so you had a lot of the vendors hanging at that beach. Not that it’s a bad thing but you’ll be the first to be approached most were great and kind, a few were aggressive. Especially the ones with animals. We caught some taking pictures of my wife. If you’re there April - August be prepared for sargassum.
