Welcome to the “Blue Gull!” You will find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom condo! We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

Our one bedroom two bathroom resort condominium is sleek, modern and full of comfort. This condominium accommodates up to four guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, loveseat and plenty of room for everything you’ve packed for the perfect getaway. The living area is spacious with seating and a desk working area. The designer sofa is also a fold out sleep sofa with no springs, no bars and all comfort. The dining area and full kitchen include stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

A spacious wooden deck is surrounded by tropical palm trees, offering multiple lounge chairs and a shaded cabana. The vibrant blue structure complements the clear sky, providing a picturesque view of the nearby canal, where relaxation and leisure can be enjoyed.
