Julia was very attentive from booking to arriving and leaving the property , a beautiful house and surroundings perfect for our family celebrations, the hot tub was a added bonus and the games room was also fab , the property had everything we needed

What a fabulous place. Right in the Cheshire countryside. The house was just as described. The large family kitchen was a great hub. All bedrooms were light and airy with fresh white bed linen. Towels and robes were provided for the hot tub which we enjoyed every day. I would absolutely recommend this place.

We are just back home after a lovely break away on the Fal. It was our first stay on a houseboat and we weren’t disappointed. The marina is lovely and peaceful and the surroundings were marvelous for walking our little dog who enjoyed himself as much as we did. The houseboat has everything you would need for a relaxing stay, and the beds are very comfortable. We would certainly return in the future. Matt the host was responsive and left us a bottle of milk and chocolates for our arrival which was much appreciated. Overall It was a lovely break away.

We had a wonderful experience at this barn conversion! The decor was lovely and very charming. The kitchen was well-equipped with every utensil and pots/pans you could ever need - also including a slow cooker, tea bags, biscuits and coffee. It was impeccably clean, which we truly appreciated. The space was very accommodating for our kids, with comfortable furniture, a cot and highchair, which saved bringing ours 😊 Additionally, the location was fantastic, great to explore the area. We would highly recommend!
