Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Whitemarsh Island

This house was perfect for our big family! Lots of games and an amazing back porch/patio with grill. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. The location could not have been better! It’s close to River Street, convenient to downtown and also Tybee and the historical sites.

YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS STAY!!!! My son lovvvvveeeeddddd the game room the kids woke up playing hockey, his friend goal everyday was to beat the Pac-Man’s world record- he did 3 times! lol the stay was very relaxing but also entertaining for the kids, and 15 minutes from beach, 4-10 minutes from stores! Also if you work while traveling it’s a computer desk in a room to set up! Me and the kids loved EVERYTHING about this place!!!! Our vacation here was a 10 out of 10!!!

Sarah and Michael’s place was incredibly cozy and comfortable. We could easily walk to any destination we wanted, and it was just a few blocks away from Forsyth Park. The best part was that we had our own personal parking spot, which was a huge plus. They even provided us with a bottle of wine and plenty of snacks for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to get ready. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the TV had a variety of streaming apps. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the near future.

This home is so beautiful with lots of character and warmth. Love the hardwood floors and the large rooms. Plenty of space for our family. So nice having 2 full bathrooms and laundry! We love that everything is on one floor. Barry was so nice and helpful. He was very responsive to any questions we had. He gave us an email with some information about the home and the areas. We would love to stay here again when coming down to Savannah! It isn’t too far from the Historic District either.

The house was very clean and in a great location. The area is quiet and there are grocery stores close by. Access to Savannah is a short drive.

The house was clean, nice having 2.5 baths. Beds were comfortable. Good location between Tybee island and Savannah. Lots of amenities close by. Kitchen well stocked. Nice having coffee and snacks available. Neighborhood quiet, areas to go walking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Our group of 7 adults and 6 children stayed at Jill and Jordan's place for a mini reunion in Savannah! The place was exactly as described and Jill was wonderful with reaching out ahead of time for some last minute 'heads up'. We had some TV troubles on arrival but Jill and Jordan had someone out within 10 minutes to resolve the issue! We went to Tybee Island, the Farmer's market at Forsyth Park, and more and it was all so convenient to get to! Our group had the best time and would love to come back to Jill and Jordan's place in the future! Thanks again for having us :)

The location was good, a short walk to hop-on-hop-off trolley stop 5. A 5-8 minute Uber ride to restaurant and shopping areas. The parking in the back was a major plus. The location is quiet, no city noises. However, the AC units outside are near the bedroom windows and can be heard cycling on and off. Although, I had no problem sleeping.

Perfect little place for 2 people. We went down 3 days for our Anniversary, and everything we wanted to do in Savannah was within walking distance. Also, Tybee Island was just a 30 min drive down the road so it was close to the beach as well. Diana was quick to respond to messages and gave us some recommendations for things to do while we were there. Thanks for a nice little getaway. Hopefully we can come back and stay again in the future.

Great stay! Christian had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Christian was great at communicating. The Airbnb was spacious and clean. I will be staying at his Airbnb in the future!

Allan and Rebeca’s place was perfect for a quick 3 day stay in Savannah! Clean, convenient, and a gorgeous condo. Their communication was always timely and very accommodating every step of the way! Amenities were on point and as advertised. Perfect location to explore one of the best cities in the country! Plenty of shops and restaurants within a block or two walk. River walk is literally across the street from the condo and Forsyth park is only about a 15 minute walk.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The host was very communicative and thorough with instructions on arrival, check in, check out etc. The space itself is adorable, very clean, and an easy walking distance to sights and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10

Loved the Tree Top! One block from the park. Beautiful renovated old historic home. High ceilings, wood floors, just beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Can’t say enough. Great communication. Parking on the property is priceless! Wonderful stay. Thanks!

The space was beautiful and so centrally located!! We were right next to many restaurants and shops and within easy walking distance of plenty more. Everything was clean and they even left snacks for us.

Very cozy & clean. Perfect size for a small family. Loved that there were chairs, etc for the beach that we could use. LOVED that we were so close to the beach as well. Host was AMAZING! Replied to any messages within 30 mins. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location along Coligny Beach! We took advantage of the beach chairs and was nice to be a short walk back for anything we needed. We purchased and left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. Condo is ideal size for 2 guests as listing suggests.

Cute beach gem! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a couple, a young family, or friends, family. The space has everything needed and is comfortable. The location is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach, an ice cream shop across the street as well as several restaurants. Great porch for reading, coffee, cocktails. Would definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful Memorial Day weekend stay at Sarah and Michael's Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and excellent facilities. The location was ideal for exploring, offering a quick and scenic five-minute walk to Forsyth Park in a truly charming neighborhood. The house was not only well-equipped with all the essentials, but the thoughtful addition of board games, like the Cranium set we enjoyed with our friends, made our evenings even more memorable. This beautiful and meticulously maintained home was undoubtedly a highlight of our trip. We would absolutely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

Sarah's place is so beautiful- smells fantastic btw! Complete amenities with wifi, tv, kitchen with snacks and drinks, king-sized beds (my favorite and really comfortable), sofa inside the bedroom and in the living room, and also soft pillows. I love how cozy the place is and it's close to a lot of great restaurants and most importantly, the trolley! We only had one day to explore and this place made it all worth it. Saved so much time to be able to explore everything we wanted to go and do. Even if it rained, still, everything was perfect timing and we were able to experience all the fun stuff Savannah has to offer. I definitely recommend this place especially if you want convenience, safety, and quiet neighborhood!
