It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Elk viewing just miles from the location. Enjoy stargazing at Cherry Springs Statepark. Enjoy hunting or hiking as property is minutes from State Forest Land. One of Potter County's many snowmobile trails runs right through the property. Enjoy watching deer and wildlife right from the house.
