Great place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Plenty of parking, also easy commute to Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham.

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

We had a lovely break. The position of the caravan overlooking the sea is one of the best on the site and it had everything we needed. We’d very happily go back for another stay.

We loved our stay at Signal House. House is absolutely beautiful. It’s in such a lovely location with fantastic views along the coastline. Easy to walk into Amble or along coastal path in both directions. House amazing, spotlessly clean. We hope to come back some time. Thankyou Tracey for a great stay x

Lovely stay in Whitley Bay at Claire’s caravan. On the edge of the park closest to the sea so great views of the coast and lighthouse. We were lucky with the sunsets - they were beautiful! Recommended!

Very cosy home. Plenty of room, very comfortable sofas and bed. Lovely touch of fresh bread, croissants, milk and fruit. Instructions for TV etc were very clear and recommendations of where to eat were very helpful. The house was very near the beach area and also the Metro to Newcastle. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting the area.

We were a group of nine and the house was perfect for our needs. We loved the quirky style, it was really well equipped and the kitchen dining area was just perfect for a big gathering. There is a beautiful beach walking distance from the house and easy access to the beautiful Northumberland coast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location. A really cosy country retreat. Very well appointed kitchen...equipped for real cooking! Very responsive hosts before & during our stay. Lots of helpful pre-visit information supplied, especially good places to eat like the Fish Shack at Amble & The Angler's Arms in Weldon - both dog and dog owner friendly!

Really enjoyed our Christmas in Whitley Bay. House was ideal and had everything. Right next to the sea! Close to shops and lovely cafes, even a cinema. Catherine is perfect host, friendly , helpful and communicative.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a getaway to Newcastle. The house was incredible, so clean and tidy. It felt exactly like a home away from home. The living areas were so comfortable and inviting, with smart TVS so we could watch our shows from our own streaming services. The kitchen was gorgeous and pristine. The bathroom and bedrooms were roomy and clean with all the extras that you often forget to pack (flannels and extra towels) The hot tub was incredible, easy to use and clean, Terry provided us with clear and easy instructions. Overall this stay was amazing, Terry provided us with clear and easy instructions so that our check in and check out were seamless. We'd absolutely stay here again, it made our already amazing trip even better. Would highly highly recommend if you looking for a getaway, so close to the beach, the town centre and shopping centres.

Michael was a wonderful host and went well above and beyond. The cottage and grounds are stunning. The cottage was immaculately clean too!

This place is great if you don't mind riding the bus to town. I had a great stay and would recommend it. The bus stop is literally outside the front door and Aldi is just a few minutes walk.

I live local to Kim's Airbnb only staying there while I was having building work done and needed a pet friendly home for 1week Been a local and have walked past this street many time and have always wanted to see inside....did not disappoint...thanks again Kim .. fabulous x

Lovely stay in a home from home. Laura and Stevens property was full equipped with everything we needed. Easy to find and close to main road. Lovely quiet area not far from the Angel of the North, which provided a lovely walk and views. We went to the Ravensworth Arms for a meal which was a 5 minute drive, very convenient and a great variety on the menu as part of the Chef and Brewer chain. Checking in and out was flexible with the use of a key safe and Steven was very responsive if we needed anything during our stay. We have family in the area and would be delighted to stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed our three night stay at Jamie's place. I was on a short break with my daughter and three granddaughters aged 12, 10 and 10 months. It was exactly what we were looking for - a family home in a pleasant, peaceful area with three bedrooms, full bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs, good Wifi, a large smart tv and two parking spaces at the house. It also provided easy access to places of interest (both in the city and in the surrounding area), shopping centres (favourites were Fenwick and the Metrocentre) , supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways. No complaints at all and we would not hesitate to stay again if visiting Newcastle.

Caitlin was a lovely host who was so responsive during our stay and the house is lovely, well located and a super base to explore Whitley Bay and the surrounding areas!

Had a beautiful mini vacation with family , was accommodating as we have a baby . Everything was perfect , communication was great and fast. Would recommend for longer stays as we had two day trip and felt it wasn’t enough to see everything as there is so much to do. The house is conveniently located near shops and beach is around 13 min away by car. The house felt truly like a home and is very spacious, the house is also well equipped for everything. Would recommend and will hopefully return soon.

This was our second stay at the house and it was just as excellent as the first time round! Really spacious, beautiful decor and a wonderful welcoming host. It's also perfectly located for exploring Northumberland. Looking forward to booking with Stuart again soon!
