Townhouse holiday rentals in Whitstable

A great location for a family stay - super easy to get to the main beach but also a big Morrisons. Plenty of room for our family of five. Some outdoor noise at night due to the house's proximity to restaurants etc., but to be expected in a town centre. Hope to visit again!

Lovely large house, spotless and 1 minute walk from the seafront. Absolutely perfect and would definately recommend.

we had a lovely stay here. perfect for two families and everything walkable. beautiful interiors and really comfortable. hosts were very friendly and thoughtful. will definitely try and stay here again when visiting Whitstable

Laura’s place was easy to book and easy to find . It’s very well equipped and spacious. It’s spotlessly clean . Laura’s instructions were clear and promptly sent . The house is literally minutes from the beach and has private off street free parking . About a mile walk into the centre of Whitstable which is a good distance to work up an appetite or burn off a few carbs. Walk along the seafront and take in the big skies, golden shingle , fascinating tides and the glorious spit reaching right into the sea . A few minutes from the house is a small Tesco and a few good restaurants . We thought Laura’s place was a great find !

We had a lovely stay at Ursula’s place. Perfect for our young family of 4. Ursula provided all amenities we could need. The space is cosy, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend

Sarah’s place was perfect for our weekend break in Margate. There is a bit of road noise at times but going in to that with our eyes open it was more than offset by the spacious property and great location for town and the beach

We needed a place for 12 adults on a last-minute basis. The host only had a day's notice of our booking, but somehow managed to make the necessary arrangements for our stay . This house is palatial. It's huge! It has 5 spacious bedrooms, all of which have comfortable beds and lots of features to make your stay a great one. The kitchen is well equipped and we manage to do a lot of cooking. The only thing missing was a wooden spoon. There were also lots of spices and condiments that we were able to use for our cooking. There are 2.5 WC's here and the main bathroom is the most beautiful bathroom I've personally ever used. This is a great stay for a large group and I would definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

Our second visit to Abigail’s Cottage, with its fun and quirky detail . We particularly love the cat picture with the hand paw , fabulous. Very well located and the cottage has everything you need . Thank you for having us .

Really wonderful place to stay. Just a couple of very minor gripes. The hot water in the shower did not stay hot it alternated between hot and relatively cold, made showering an experience. The remainder of the place was great, decent garden to sit out in the sun with a coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the rooms easy to air with the new windows. All in all a great stay. So easy to walk into the main shopping part of town or the older Cathedral district.

Really gorgeous house. Lovely decor! Hand painted walls… Only feedback I’d have is that heating doesnt need to automatically come on in the summer. Felt wasteful having windows open and heating on. Would also love a welcome tray of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. but that’s really for the 5* all round. Overall, would 100% come back and recommend to others. Lovely little place.

Very convenient for centre of Canterbury and very well maintained small house. Everything in it that you would need.

Lovely little gem in Ramsgate with a beautiful interior. You can tell a lot of love has gone into it. On the whole incredibly clean, tidy and extremely well equipped. Felt like a home from home which was exactly what we were after. The perfect place for a family trip. The lower floor was great to socialise and bring everyone together. Really beautiful property and would definitely stay again. More options do and see including eating out in Broadstairs than Ramsgate but an easy drive or walk. We walked there on the Saturday, a great walk on the coast.

Location in Canterbury was terrific. Property was recently renovated, clean, had good amenities. As the pictures showed, the bedrooms and bath are upstairs, which is up a spiral staircase. But, we managed that quite well. i would highly recommend this property.

The place was even better than the photos - it felt very safe and secure. Communication was clear regarding check in and it was a very comfortable home

We all had a very comfortable stay .The beds are great and all the furnishings are really tasteful and good quality. Great bathrooms and kitchen.Everywhere was incredibly clean . The stairs could be an issue if you have a mobility problem and probably wouldn't be suitable for young children. Location is perfect and there is a high number of eateries very close by. Recommend you visit "The Kitchen " a few minutes away for good cafe food and a lovely host called Keith . Would definitely stay here again!

Great, comfortable place, so close to the station, well-equipped and plenty of space for a small group of us. Really appreciated how clean and well-furnished it all was, and Alain was so welcoming and helpful.

Nice, comfortable well presented house in a very pleasant location, which was ideal for me as a lone traveller. Under 10 minute walk to the city centre and only 2 minutes from Canterbury East railway station, which is very handy. Also, the White Hart Inn is a few yards away, which is a pleasant pub! Rob is a super host; very proactive and helpful.

Very nice townhouse, completely refurbished. Small rooms, but spaceful livingrooms and kitchen. The communication with Claire was very easy.

We had a super two-night stay at this lovely house. It's in a great location, 2 minutes to the beach, less than 10 minutes to Deal castle and another 5 minutes or so to Deal town centre. There is ample parking right outside the property. For the runners amongst you, it's very close to the start line of the Deal Parkrun. T he house itself is spread over three floors, very well appointed with very comfortable beds throughout. The kitchen was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with a dining room table which comfortably fitted 8 adults. The sitting is also large and comfortable. We were greeted by Ian and Patricia in person which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Lovely place with bags of character. Ideally located right on the beachfront only a short walk from the many nice bars & restaurants in the area. Mary-Jo was responsive and super helpful before & throughout our stay. Would gladly recommend.

We immediately felt comfortable at Izaac’s spacious place. So central to the town, everything was walkable. Great recommendations for places to eat and see. Shower good, bathroom light and airy. Having the car park right outside the door in a town as busy as Whitstable is such a bonus. Would absolutely stay again.

Had a brilliant 2 day stay at this lovely house. The house was walkable to everything in Deal yet in a really quiet spot, it was perfect. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped and just felt like 'home'. You can tell that someone has lived here, it has a lot of character. Particularly loved all the toys and games which kept my kids endlessly amused. Recommend bringing a Firestick or Chromestick if you want to watch on demand TV as the TV isn't the newest. But, with so many games and books in the house maybe you don't need the TV? Thanks to Bev and Soph for a lovely stay.
