Great location as we needed to be near Harrup Park (walking distance) for an event. Our event was cancelled so we chose to do a tour with Mingle Events Co. in Mackay. Such a perfect tour. Sunrise House had plenty of room for 3 adults plus a lovely outdoor area. Undercover parking was appreciated. The yard was very secure. Thank you Elisabeth.

Lovely home, beautiful location and very helpful and accomodating hosts. We felt right at home and it was lovely that the kids were thought of. We were unsure of no wifi at first but in the end it was great because it allowed us to connect as a family and get outside more. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away as well as the kids park. Thankyou for having us.

Very nice clean home. Everything you needed . Would recommend this place. Only thing it needs is a shower door on the ensuite.

I would highly recommend Chrissy’s beach house, it was very clean and homely , I rented for my parents and sister with there lovable miniature poodle and house an yard was perfect for them all , thanks again Chrissy x

We had the most wonderful stay at the Feng Shui Suagrcane Cabin! The atmosphere and energy on the property and in the cabin was magical! The location is tranquil and serene with an amazing view of the Sugarcane fields and the night sky and stars! Our hosts, Carole and Tony, made the experience even more pleasant with their warm hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful place to spend a holiday! The house is an artistic oasis that you reallt don't want to leave.. so beautifully decorated and so lliveable with features like the pizza oven, pool, a great coffee machine (with beans provided ❤️) and livimg area. Stacy is such a thoughtful and helpful host.. she went above and beyond to add to the experience. We arrived after a whole day drive from Toowoomba with my twin girls who are learner drivers behind the wheel (so yes I was exhausted) and Stacy had left all the ingredients there for us to make pizzas in the pizza oven. Such a wonderful welcome gesture! I'm definitely coming back ❤️

Very nice house huge inside outside beutiful view and very close to everywhere. Top of the hill beutiful view and the kokkaburras in the morning is amazing thing aswell.

We loved our stay here with our pups 🐶 the house and hosts were very accommodating and responsive, and the view was lovely. Amenities were pristine and the beds were quite comfortable! Our only reservation was there’s no real grass area for the dogs to use the toilet. But our boys worked it out and went in the garden downstairs.

We have stayed at Jen's several times. It is convenient and consistently clean and comfortable. We arrived earlier than usual and enjoyed wine and cheese on the back patio. The yard is well fenced and our dog, Harley, had a good sniff around. We will be back.

We’re from Bowen, just an easy 1-hour drive away, and as always, anywhere in the Whitsundays is a beautiful place to stay—especially this one! If we weren’t at the beach, we were enjoying the pool. It was so relaxing and convenient to keep an eye on the kids, whether from poolside or the upper balcony. A few thoughtful touches made the stay even better: • Kayaks available • Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils • Towels provided • Laundry powder included • Washer and dryer on-site Enjoy your time at this amazing location—we certainly did!

Spent a lovely weekend with my mum when she visited Mackay, the home was peaceful and we felt right at home. It was also pet friendly so we could bring our Jack Russel, highly recommend.

The cottage was as described, easy to find, clean and tidy, we had an enjoyable 5 days there, will come back again sometime.
