Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Patti's Getaway

If you are looking for a comfortable yet exciting vacation spot, Patti's Getaway is your place. In 2018, Patti's Getaway has been remodeled. Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Patti's Getaway is only: about 8 miles from Tawas Point State Park (good place to bird watch) , about 12 miles from Corsair Trails, about 15 miles form Iargo Springs and Lumbermen's Memorial, just to name a few places.

Family Fun Spacious inside & outside

Room for the whole family with three large bedrooms w/queen size beds and additional trundle beds.. Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. Use of a heated in-ground fenced-in pool memorial day to labor day is not guaranteed. Pet friendly with an additional fee upon approval.

This offering is a 950 sq. ft. two-level guest suite w/private beach access to Lake Huron using a camping theme of paper plates, plastic flatware, solo cups & grill with the comforts of a bedroom, bathroom, microwave, refrigerator & TV to elevate the experience. Be mesmerized by the beauty of a sunrise from the beach, a ship coast by, or eagles over the water. At night, enjoy a beverage by a bonfire or, at the suite, open the garage door to a full screen and enjoy nature from the inside.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Outdoor paradise! 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft plus a pull out queen sofa give lots of room! Cathedral ceilings with knotty pine everywhere! 0.3 miles from public Boat Launch and beach on beautiful all sports sand bottom Long Lake. Great fishing! Near trails for walking or 4 wheeling. 2 wineries, a microbrewery and many great restaurants/bars nearby. Outdoor camp fire ring and grill. This is Michigan up north as it was meant to be!

The Bear Cub Aframe

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use, cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Country Air - Unplug and Getaway

Please be courteous as this is a special piece of family property. Our place is close to outdoor activities, nature, 15-minute drive to local beaches. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors, location, relaxation & quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water.

Pontoon included!! Pontoon is included from May 9 through September 21, 2025! Lakehouse on Lillian is the best of ALL worlds! Quiet neighborhood for relaxing, lake views and a pontoon to use (8 people max no pulling, towing or pets on pontoon), 15 minutes from Tawas restaurants and shopping, 2 miles from cross country, hiking, ORV and snowmobile trails, and a cozy house for family, friends, and pets to vacation.
