Covering an area of 1,400sqm with a 17m swimming pool, the villa is almost 100sqm long and has 5 large bedrooms, 4 of which have queen size beds, the 5th consists of two single beds, and three of which have panoramic sea views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The suite can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with an additional charge for 5 bedrooms. Our villa has two maids, our housekeeper is fluent in Chinese, and the villa can also book a driver for you. There is a security deposit of 12,000 THB for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are complimentary at the villa and 240 THB per additional unit (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of ordinary electricity).
