On the outside our Cottage may look like a mobile home, but come inside and you will find a comfortable, inviting Cottage. This little place is bigger than it looks . It has plenty of space for a family with 5 or even 6 kids. The Master bedroom is a cute cottage style with a queen bed and a futon. The Bunk room has full size bunk beds and a twin bed. There is also a heavy duty futon in the living room. Please have mail delivered to the door and not the PO Box.

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

This is a newly remodeled 1BR 1BA apartment unit in the middle of all the big city amenities. The apts are very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located onsite, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a pool, fitness center, business center, and dog park.

Location was very close to restaurants and shopping. Good communication with owner. The beds were very comfortable and had nice bedding. Loved that we could have our dogs. It was nice to have coffee supplies and laundry detergent available. When an issue with the wifi came up the owner was quick to address our needs. The location is easy to find, has plenty of parking and the yard is very big. The yard is not secure for dogs to be left unsupervised but they have plenty of room to run.

Cheerful Country Club Cottage Near MSU

We had a nice stay at Lance and Pam’s place. The three of us found the home to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The listing was accurate — the house felt bright and airy, thanks to the abundance of windows, and it was both nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We especially loved Pam’s paintings! The space was uncluttered, yet had everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad entry, and Lance and Pam provided excellent guest service throughout our stay. The peaceful tree-lined street, along with the well-kept landscaping was especially nice. The location was also very convenient — close to shopping, restaurants, and our event. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Lance and Pam!

My family stayed here for 3 months while I was in tech school at Sheppard and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! Very safe complex, just minutes from base. The place had everything we needed and more. The hosts were always so responsive and helpful! Great spot for Air Force families or Airmen!

Fantastic Airbnb. I usually don’t leave reviews but since this place only has one I’d like to help them out. I was skeptical at first because of the singular review but the apartment was great and so were the hosts. Perfect location if you’re visiting an airmen at Lackland, only three minutes from base and walking distance. Super clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Loft was just as explained in the description. Right across from the park & in the evening taco stands were out. We ate at Norteño tacos in the park & it was delicious. This was a last minute stay & the host was super responsive.
