We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

A delightful & characterful detached self catering cottage in a country setting, on the edge of Milton Country Park with a king sized bed. Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
