Our beautiful apartment on two floors with south-facing balcony is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of the forest from the spa town of Bad Sachsa - perfect for relaxing in nature or as a starting point for extensive hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the main hiking routes in a few minutes (on request I will be happy to give you more information). Shops and shops (Edeka, Rewe, Rossmann, bakery, restaurants, Sparkasse) are about 15 minutes walking distance in the center.

Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

You have the beautiful old town (very worthwhile!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside the door, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Site mine right in front of you. Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

Unsere gemütliche und beliebte Dachwohnung steht wieder für Gäste zur Verfügung, nachdem ich sie ein Jahr selbst bewohnt habe! Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und hat zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch (1,20m Liegefläche) im Wohnzimmer und ist gut geeignet für bis zu 5 Personen. Außerdem gibt es eine voll ausgestattete, abgeschlossene Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und Fenster und ein extra WC. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Esstisch für 6 Personen.

It is located on the 2nd floor (attic) of a three-party house with few residential units. Very quiet and relaxing. Not overcrowded. Very good amenities (like at home). Parking is available right outside the door. Good fast Internet VDSL 50 Mbit free of charge.

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
