Cosy and warm, like a hidden gem above the lovely restaurant (best steak I've had in ages). Beautiful little village with rural charm and quintessential brick and flint cottages. More Norfolk would be hard to find. TVs in every room was an addition I didn't expect but added a touch of an expensive hotel.

Lovely place in a gorgeous location in Great Walsingham. Country walk to Little Walsingham, the extraordinary Farm shop there, pubs etc. Excellently placed for Wells, Holkham etc. The barn is cosy but didn’t feel cramped. Lots of amenities. And comfortable beds. Our family of three were very well catered for. The cookies and elderflower presse were welcome gifts. Only caveats- very tall people will have to watch themselves in upstairs bathrooms as the sloping roof led to occasional bumped heads! The shower unit was quite low pressure. Apart for these minor issues, the barn is a lovely spot for a getaway.

We have just returned from a lovely few days in Orchard House. The house was perfect for us (4 adults), very clean on arrival, comfortable sitting room and very comfortable beds and bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything needed to cook a good meal. However so many lovely restaurants and pubs nearby, we didn’t use the kitchen too much!! As the weather was perfect we spent some lovely afternoons sitting on the provided sun loungers, in the pretty and peaceful garden. Communication with Rob was excellent which also made everything simple on arrival. A lovely stay and certainly hope to return.

Just got back from a lovely stay at Pebble Cottage. Lovely location. Not far from Wells Next the Sea, where we enjoyed a scorching 31 degrees Saturday. Pebble Cottage is beautiful. So much bigger than we expected!! Everything has been done to such a high specification! Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

Our stay was in a private back garden of a farmhouse. There was 3 wooden units, bedroom, kitchen and shower/toilet. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious as was the toilet area. The kitchen had plenty of space and had the following, Fridge (worked well), induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and cups/glasses.. There was 2 chairs and table inside the kitchen with some complementary cookies, tea, coffee, milk and a small bottle of Prosecco. Outside was a table and 2 chairs under a canopy. The garden was private and very quiet, the only things we heard at night was the wildlife.... It was absolutely wonderful. Never once did we worry about leaving our car or contents as we felt secure at all times. If you stay when the weather is hot I would advise you to take a fan with you, it can get rather warm in bedroom. The locals were extremely friendly and we had a wonderful time.

We’ve just spent a lovely weekend staying in The View, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second before recommending it to anyone. Sharon was a very welcoming and friendly host, with excellent communication right from the first message when I booked, through the arrival day and being there to welcome us and show us how everything worked. She was just great. We were there on the longest day, which demonstrated exactly why this lovely log cabin got its name. Located in north Norfolk and within easy travel of some lovely seaside towns (you’ll need a car), The View backs onto quiet fields, and with one of the two outside seating areas perfectly aligned to watch the sunset (the other one catches the sunrise) it’s exactly as described and contains everything you’ll need for a stay. There was even milk and bottled water waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. With the added benefit of air con during this gloriously hot spell, we know we chose well. I can think of no negatives. Go there!
