Die Wohnung ist, wie von Marco beschrieben. Von Amsterdam aus gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Der Check-in funktioniert einfach und unkompliziert. Marco reagiert schnell auf Anfragen und Antwortet höflich. Wir waren zu viert und alle sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Ich würde wieder herkommen und empfehle diese Wohnung weiter!

We really loved the neighbourhood & Alida's beautiful place. It's very peaceful, family-safe and really beautiful area surrounded by the nature. We walked a lot near her place with our dog and enjoyed the view so much. Everyone seemed nice and friendly. Even it's a bit far from Amsterdam center, we could luckily find the uber/taxi. (30euro uber/80euro taxi to the town) We would love to come back with a car next time :) Her place looked very organized and clean (just the balcony was a bit dusted maybe because of the rain or rainy weather lately) and was so spacious to stay for 3 people. We would never find this type of place at this price in the town.

Was a very enjoyable stay at this property, location was perfect, host was very good at communicating and making me feel welcome. Also was very understanding In regards to checking out on the final day, would recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming trip in a stunning location!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Utrecht. Die Wohnung liegt super, in sehr ruhiger Lage mit schönem Blick in den Garten. Wir waren viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, haben Kunst, Kultur und Natur miteinander verbunden. Auch die Bahnstation ist ganz in der Nähe und der schöne Maxima-Park direkt vor der Haustür. Booked this for my parents. I was looking for something without stairs and parking, close to the city and easy to visit outside of the city. This fit all of the requirements, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic in accommodating their needs. I hear they have an amazing restaurant onsite. If my travels bring me to Amsterdam I’m definitely staying here!

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. We really enjoyed staying in your apartment, everything was just perfect ! We loved this bright open -space, the way it is furnished, the location and Hilversum in itself. Martijn was very responsive to us and the communication was great. In the apartment we found everything we needed. Supermarkets and very good restaurants are close by. The train station also is in a walkable distance and trains from Hilversum are linked to Amsterdam Central, Schipol Airport or wherever you need to go. We had a great time. Thank you Martijn !

Bij het boeken was Annemieke heel aardig en direct over het huren van haar appartement. Bij aankomst voel je jezelf direct thuis en de locatie is helemaal geweldig. Dichtbij het centrum, mooi uitzicht vanuit de woning. En binnen in het appartement is alles erg netjes en goed verzorgd. wij hebben echt een hele leuk tijd gehad in het appartement van Annemieke. En wil haar bedanken voor vertrouwen want je komt echt in haar thuis en wat dan ook beleeft als je eigen thuis de tijd die je er door brengt maar ook aangezien ik niet echt van de reviews schrijven ben maar erg belangrijk is om iets te kunnen huren op Airbnb. Annemieke nogmaals bedankt voor de top tijd die we hebben mogen doorbrengen in jou appartement.

Great location. Easy access to city center. Supermarket and cafe 2 min walk. Clean. Has everything you need for short stay. You can cook simple dishes. Mark and Patrick are friendly and supportive with helpful local recommendations. Only thing surprised me was they asked us to write down our passport numbers and DOB in a form, which might sound uncomfortable as these are very personal details that we usually avoid to share. But if it’s culturally accepted in NL, it’s fine. Other than this I’ll recommend this place

We very much enjoyed staying in Liam's flat for a long weekend. The flat was very clean, perfectly located in the centre of Utrecht and we loved looking at the bell tower and hearing the bells ring (the melodies change quite often and our son loved them so much that he came up with different dances to accompany them). It was lovely to discover Utrecht and everything is really around the corner from the flat. Our communication with Liam was very smooth and he even warned us about the ongoing NS train strikes, which we appreciated very much. We'd love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you very much again for hosting us this time.

We had an excellent stay at Bruno Residence. Marjolein is a lovely host. She accommodated our request to drop luggage off early, and helped us along the way with some technical issues unrelated to the apartment. The apartment is great. Tons of natural light. It's the last apartment on the floor so it's dead quiet. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for a long stay (4 weeks). The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Perfect water pressure in the shower. Reliable WiFi. Perfect for a long stay. Hilversum is a gem. Lots to do and see. Tourist Info (outside the rail station) was very helpful; lots of ideas for what to see in and around Hilversum. Market days in Hilversum are Wed & Sat.Plenty of fresh fish, veggies and fruit, delicious cheeses and fresh bread. Easy rail access to all the major tourist sights. Bike rental close to rail station and TI. We did not want to leave. When we return to the Netherlands, hopefully Bruno Residence will be available.

Yoeri’s place is charming, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. The location is perfect: right at the heart of Naarden, but a very quiet place, silent in the night. The reality is even better than the description and the photos. Communication with Yoeri was smooth. He was responsive and did all to make my stay wonderful. Totally recommended!

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung. Unser Sohn war fasziniert vom Hühnerstall und dem Hängebauchschwein, das uns beim Frühstück draussen besuchen kam. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hat uns Hinweise zur Unterkunft und dem Ablauf gegeben. Unser Highlight war die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer aufs Feld und der außenliegende Whirlpool. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es war alles da. Die Lage ist top, sehr nah dran an Amsterdam und an Utrecht. Es sind viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter. Beste Grüße

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

We loved staying in this apartment. The area is a nice break away from the busier streets in the center of town yet we had so many options for food, drinks etc. really great coffee options all around the neighborhood. Loved to have the yard to hang out with our morning coffee. The market was really nice to explore. Would stay here again!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We lived at Frank's place for 3 nights, everything was as described, clean and orderly! The checkin was really nice, easy and he was flexible with the time👌 Nothing else to say that this was a perfect place to stay if you are interested in seeing Amsterdam. And if you want to make food there and have a relaxing evening, you have everything you need. So i will say that you can have a relaxing and safe stay at Frank's place! 10/10⭐️

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.
