The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner, gourmet and fondue is not allowed due to odor nuisance for the next guests. The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. The spacious house has 2 floors and has all the comforts. Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Do you need a warm place for yourself? Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish vinted space. This studio/tiny house is indoors in our farmhouse. From the balcony, you have a view of the river Maas. You live on our property with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests who stay in caravans. It's quiet here but not silent. So you really hear a car, the flushing of our toilet or the lawnmower of the neighbors. People from the city find it quiet here!

Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.
