Why coyote den? Because they live at the edge of the property! You have nothing to worry about though...they tend to shy away from people. But you may hear them and may see them. Your place is located on top of a hill on 2 1/2 acres. This is an older home in a great location. You are a bike ride distance to all the wineries and walking distance to a few. Pechanga Casino and Old Town Temecula are 15 minutes away. There are 2 queen beds, 1 king and a double sofa bed. 50in smart TV. Kitchen

This gorgeous cozy home, comes fully furnished and decorated. It is very spacious; comes with a kitchen, living room, chimney, and great indoor lighting. Downstairs you will find a bedroom with 2 full beds.Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one with a queen sized bed and one with 2 twins beds .It also comes with two full bathrooms and a laundry room. Additionally, the park is very close by -within walking distance. This home is at a great location just off the freeway 15 and highway 74

Close to the wineries, but secluded. A nice quiet, relaxing property. This is the perfect house for work from home or a weekend getaway. There is a Starlink satellite dish for Wi-Fi and Netflix, but no local TV. The house has everything you'll need.
