Location is everything! This quaint patio villa is close to the Brownwood, The Villages newest Town Square, where you can enjoy nightly free entertainment and shops galore. There's also plenty of family-friendly activities, and many, many recreation centers w/ pools. You’ll love the Crabby Cottage because of the included golf cart, the high ceilings, the location, and the decor.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (w/ apprv,pet fee applies).
