Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

With a large guest garden, free parking and a bicycle garage that is locked overnight. Central but quiet location in the historic center. The green beach on the North Sea with an idyllic cutter harbor and the Weser bike path are about 1 km away.

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of our own home. You have your own entrance via a separate external staircase. A parking space right in front of the house. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished, just the way we like it. Except for our very cozy kitchen chairs (!), everything is new! No old children's room furniture, old mattresses or anything like that... You have free Wi-Fi and in each room a TV, some with Blu-ray players. You will find a few books, games

This apartment is located 150 m from the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and a few meters from the south beach. Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!
