The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family housing estate right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed, and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest WiFi available!

You will be welcomed in a renovated, cozy and modern furnished condominium in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in a traffic-calmed zone. Relax in the cozy living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the countryside, as well as the city's landmark, the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. The bedroom offers you a cozy 1.80 x 2.00 m bed. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa bed.

My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

The house has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.
